"It's not your fault, bro." I say to Jesse as he grabs his bags. He half smiles at me, and we bro hug. I'm gonna miss my red head.
"Be strong, for her." He whispers to me.
"For who, Allie?" I ask. He nods.
"She needs you, so stay strong, and don't do anything fucking stupid, Kellin." He says to me. I nod as Gabe, Jack, and Justin line up to hug Jesse.
We didn't actually go anywhere, we just needed to get away, so that Allie wouldn't freak out about Jesse. He gives us all another hug, and he departs, throwing his fingers up in some kind of salute.
"I'm gonna miss him." Gabe says. I nod, and we all pile back on the bus.
I look over at the pictures of the band, and I remember what he told me. Be strong, for her, I remember the words, and I put my head up. I'll be strong, for her, forever. Until I have to come back, until I die. I get out my phone, and I text Allie.
Hey, let's be strong, for each other, okay?
I hope she answers me. I hope she not still pissed off at Jesse.

I look at Kellin's text, which causes me to smile.
Okay, I promise, I'll be strong. ❤️
I send the text, and I my eyes fill with tears as I realize he's gone. I mean, I get that he's doing what he has to do, but I guess it hurts that he's gone.
