You had recently moved to Beacon Hills and had enrolled in school. For the first day, you had a girl, Kira Yukimura, show you around. Soon after that, you became close friends, and Kira invited you to her house to study.

You walked into the gorgeous home, and Kira's mother directed you to her daughter's room. Once you were there, you heard the front door close, "Where are your parents going?"

Kira, who lounged on her bed, shrugged, "I'm not exactly sure. They said they'd be home before nightfall, though." You nodded, took out your math binder, and threw it passive-aggressively on the bed, "There's my ticket to hell. Let's enter, shall we?"

After only 30 minutes, you were glaring at the pages filled with geometry questions and clenching your fists together, "I'm just about done with this!"

Kira looked over your shoulder and sighed, "Come on, (Y/N), you've only done 10 problems. Just trust me, and lose the fists. It's not like you can fight the problems." You huffed out a breath, "I'm sure I could freaking try."

Suddenly, the door to her room busted open. You screamed and went to scramble to the other side of the bed, but Kira grabbed your arm, "It's ok, (Y/N), these are my friends. They won't hurt you."

You laughed, "Do your friends always nearly break the door after entering your house unannounced?"

Kira shook her head slowly as she stared at the tan boy with dark brown hair and the paler boy with curly hair and icy blue eyes, "No, they don't. Scott, Isaac, what's going on?"

Scott thought for a minute, "Can she be in here for this explanation?" Kira sighed and turned to look at you, "Promise me you won't say a word about this to anyone. This is serious."

You shook your head, "Oh, I won't tell a soul, I swear." Kira looked over at Scott, and he began to explain,

"So, Derek is looking again for new werewolves to join his pack. He's even turned a few. You would have though he had learned with Isaac's group, but he hasn't. We need to find his next target. Want to come?"

Kira gestured to the binders, "We kind of have a math crisis here. (Y/N), what do you think?"

It took you a good 3 seconds to snap out of your trance. You had been staring at Isaac for the entire conversation, and only broke away when he made eye contact, "What? Oh, yeah, I'd rather go with them than do math."

Isaac crossed his arms, "Are you sure that you want to come with us? I mean, you're not supernatural, so you can't protect yourself."

You smiled, "Oh, I know that there are supernatural beings. That's why I wasn't surprised when Scott said 'werewolf'. And besides, I have you to protect me, right, Isaac?"

Scott raised his eyebrows, "Okay, then, on that note, let's go."

After the next few weeks, you and Isaac had gotten closer. You even thought that he might ask you out soon. That is, until he ultimately snagged your heart and twisted it until it broke.

Thankfully, though, that wasn't literal. You were studying at home when you got a message from Kira.

She sent you a video with the words, "I'm so sorry to tell you this, but I just happened to walk by while this was happening", as the caption. You hesitated. Kira knew of your crush on Isaac, and you were scared that it might be something to do with that. To your horror, it was.
