Luke; actual age 5
Ashton daddy
Ashton's pov.
I woke up to little feet running around my room. My five year old. My girlfriend left us for a rich guy and a rich life. So I raise him alone. But I'm happy.
"Daddy wake up! Its the first day of school." He said happily. I groaned. How is he always happy? I just don't get it.
"Okay. Okay. Calm down."
"I get to Mikey today!" Michael is calum's son, he and his wife Jessica, live a few blocks down and my son has a crush on him. Its cute actually. I understand he's gay. Its still adorable. Say something, I will kill you.
"Daddy come on! Mikey can't wait!" Luke screeched.
"Well you need to get dressed, baby." I laughed at his eagerness. He groaned and went upstairs.
He came back with a black shirt and jean pants. His hair in a messy quiff (who else misses it?)
"You look adorable!" I squealed. Yes I am acting like a child. No I don't care. My son is adorable.
"Do you fink Mikey will like it?"
"He will love it!"
A smile formed on his face. He quickly ate the bowl of cereal I gave him his back pack and we left to school.
When we got there I unbuckled Luke and put him on the ground. I reached and got his backpack.
"Daddy!! Hurry!!!!" Luke said impatiently while holding my hand.
"Hold on, baby."
Pretty soon Calum came across the parking lot, holding one of Mikey's hand and one of Jessica's. But Luke hadn't seen them yet.
"Luke!" Michael escaped his parents hands and ran towards us.
"Michael! Don't run across the parking lot. A car could've hit you." Jessica scolded him.
"Hey Jess, hey Cal." I greeted.
"Mikey!" Luke grabbed on to him.
"Hello Ash." Jess and Cal both said.
"Luke, you ready?"
"Am now, daddy." Luke said, grabbing Michael's hand.
Jess, Calum, and I all cooed. We all walk into the school to drop them off.
"Alright baby. Me and daddy will be back. We will see you just as soon as that bell rings. You take care of Luke. Okay Babyboy?" Calum said.
"Yes, daddy."
"Luke you be good today. I'll be here to get you. You watch out for Mikey, okay?"
He nodded.
"Love you, daddy." He hugged me and him and Mikey ran inside. Their teacher waved at us.
We left and at one thirty we were their to get them.
Over the years, it was the same thing. Luke and Mikey walking into school together.
Until Senior year. Michael called our house the night before to ask where I would be dropping him off at where they could walk together, but Luke said he was walking to school with some girl, Arzaylea. Said he was hoping to get get the chance to ask her out. Michael must gave hung up because luke said 'hello?' A few times before putting the phone down.
