Chapter 8

Natalie's POV
I woke up to the sound of birds tweeting. I realized that today we were going on tour. I started jumping around and ran to Mark's room.
Me: MARKY MARKY WAKE UP TODAY WE ARE GOING ON TOUR!!!
Mark: Marky?
Me: shut up
He laughed
Mark: 10 more minutes?
Me: no because if you go to sleep again your gonna ask for 10 more minutes! GET UP!
I pull him out of his bed and he thumps onto the floor.
Mark: owww
I go back to my room and change into (outfit above)
I forgot To tell Mark that Mario and I are official. Dang it!
Mark: NATALIEEE!!
Me: WHAT?
Mark: COME HERE RIGHT NOW!
I walk to marks room
Me: what?
Mark: since when were you and Mario official??!!!
Me: yesterday I forgot to tell you...
Mark: I'm happy for you
Me: you still need to ask out Ariel
Mark: I know I know. I'm just nervous. How do you know that she won't reject me
Me: Mark she tells me all the time that she likes you. Just do it you won't be disappointed.
Mark: -sighs- ok I will maybe on tour.
Me: great! Now let's go
Mark: how are we gonna get there?
Me: Mario's driving
Mark: cool!
We eat breakfast that our mom made us.
Mario💩❤️: I'm here
Me: be out in a minute
Me: cmon he's here
Mark: Kk
Me: bye mom I'll miss you!
I give her a hug and Mark does the same thing.
We walk out to the car and Mario opens the door for me
Me: why thank you.
I sat in the front with Mario and Jacob and Mark were in the back.
We got to the airport and went through security and all that jazz. We sat down in the waiting room me and Mario looked at our tickets to see where we were sitting. We were sitting next to each other. I hope I get window seat cause I get sick if I don't. Then they called our flight. I grabbed my carry on and gave the lady my plane ticket and walked into the tunnel thingy. I walked to my aisle and walked to my seat.... Window seat! Thank Gosh! Mario soon sat down after me and he bought us snacks. He insisted upon him paying so when we was paying for our snacks I took out a $10 bill and slipped it into his carry on without him noticing. After I eat my snacks I put in my headphones and turn on music Team by Lorde started playing (video above) . I then slowly start to drift off to sleep while looking out the window.

---5 hours later---
I wake up to Mario shaking me.
Mario: hey babe we are landing in about 2 minutes get your things ready.
I clean up around my area and take off my headphones and put them in my carry on while I put my phone in my back pocket. We walk off the plane and meet up with Mark and Jacob.
Jacob: you never said hi to me Thomas.
Me: hi Jacob
Jacob looked confused
Me: what?
Jacob: you never call me Jacob. U usually call me Sartorius.
Me: don't ruin your chances of being called Jacob. Got it
Jacob: umm okay

Jacob's POV
Me: um bro?
I said after her and Mario walked ahead holding hands.
Mark: huh?
Me: what's up with your sister?
Mark: I don't know I've never seen her act like that.... She was.... Nice to you😱
Me: I know and it scares me.
Mark: do you think it's Mario that makes her so happy?
Me: I think it is
Mark: If that boy ever hurts Natalie he will be dead meat.
After a few minutes of walking we get to the front of the airport where our uber is waiting for us. We got in the car and we told the uber to drive to the hotel we were staying at.
Mark: ok so me and Natalie in one room Mario and Jacob in the other.
Jacob: ok
Nat: okie dokie
Mario: sounds good
So I ran up to Mario and I's room and jumped on a bed. I fell asleep. I woke up to a hit on the head with something soft.... Fluffy. A dog? No. A pillow? Yes.
Me: Marioooo!
Mario: bro I need to talk to you.
I sit up
Me: what's up bruh.
Mario: ok so do you have any advice on how to make Nat happy. Like what would she like to do on a date?
Me: uhm probably go rock climbing then go out for dinner.
Mario: perfect! Thanks bro!
Me: just watch your back and don't hurt her or else me and Mark will come after you.
Mario: I can't make promises but I will TRY not to hurt her in any way and try to call her mine as long as I can!
Me: good boy. Now go ask her on that date!
Mario: thanks!

Natalie's POV
I went up to me and marks room and chose my bed and flopped down on it.
Mark: Nat?
Me: yes?
Mark: I'm gonna go ask Ariel out so.... If you wanna--
Me: IM COMING!
Mark: that's what I thought.
Me: she's at the fountain outside the hotel
Mark: how did you know?
Me: DERH snapchat! Cmon lets go you look fine.
I grab him and pull him away from fixing his hair in the mirror. I ran downstairs.
Mark: okay you record when I go ask her got it?
Me: got it!
I went and hid behind a bush. Then I peeked over and saw something I never wanted to see.... And something Mark would've never wanted to see. Ariel and Zach were kissing. Mark saw and he turned around and started slowly walking towards me with his head down. Tears in his eyes. He was heartbroken. I walked over to him and hugged him.
Me: you wanna go get ice cream or something?
Mark: can we just go back to our room?
He says while a tear slips down his face. Tears come to my eyes because I hate seeing him hurt. We walk upstairs and Mark flops on his bed and sticks his face in his pillow and starts bawling. I walked over to his bed and started soothingly rubbing his back.
Me: Mark it's ok
Mark: I thought you said she liked me.
Me: she did.
I show him a text she sent me.
Mark: then why?
Me: she probably had feelings for Zach too I guess.
Mark: no duh!
Me: Mark Sh. It's gonna be okay. I'm gonna go get ice cream. Do you want anything?
Mark: yeah idc what flavor surprise me.
Me: okay I'll be back soon. Um invite Jacob over if you want to.
Mark: really?
Me: only under this circumstance
Mark: thanks Nat!
I walk out the door and run into Mario
Mario: oh gosh I'm sorry are you ok?
Me: yeah I'm fine. So where are you going.
Mario: getting ice cream for me and Jacob.
Me: cool because I'm getting ice cream for me and Mark.
Mario: shall we go?
He holds out his arm
Me: let's
I wrap mine around his and we walk off laughing.

Mark's POV
I'm heartbroken. Nat went out to get ice cream for me and she said I could have Jacob over so after she left I texted him.
Me: yo bro wanna come over to my room. Nat isn't here she went out and she said I could have you over. And we need to talk about something
Jacob: k Mario is out too so I'm coming.
Me: Kk
I heard a knock on my door so I got up and answered it. Jacob.
Me: come in
Jacob sat down on the bed
Jacob: you said you needed to talk?
Me: um yeah.. So you know how I liked Ariel.
Jacob: wait likED as in used to?!
That's when I started to tear up.
Me: Nat said that she liked me and she showed me proof. But when I went to go ask her out she was kissing Zach.
A tear slid down my face
Jacob: bro you'll find someone. It's ok.
Me: promise?
I wipe the tear away
Jacob: promise. Let's go look for a girl for you rn I bet anyone would love to date you
He smirks
Me: I have to wait for Nat
Jacob: why?
Me: because she's getting me ice cream.
Jacob: haha Mario is getting me ice cream too!
Me: so they must've went together
Just then the door clicked and they walked in and Nat walked over and gave me my ice cream and Mario walked over and gave Jacob his ice cream.
Jacob: hey Nat.
Nat: hey Jacob!
She smiled at him. WHAT IS WRONG WITH HER!? Maybe she is just happy bc of Mario. If he ever hurts her he will wish that he didn't.
Nat: hey Mark I'm going out with Mario. See ya!
Me: um ok bye Nat have fun.... BUT NOT TOO MUCH FUN!
Nat: Mark shut it!
I laugh. Then she leaves.
Jacob: well let's go find you a girl😏
Me: I'll only do it under one condition.
Jacob: and that is?
I smirk.
Jacob: oh no what is it
Mark: you have to get a girl too
Jacob: no no no. This is about you not me
Me: I'm only doing it if you do it
Jacob: noo
Me: why?
Jacob: I have a girl that I'm planning to take out
Me: Oh dude spill the beans!
Jacob: Luna...
Me: Luna the tuna?
Jacob: yes the one and only tuna
Me: HAHA well go get her tiger!
Jacob: thanks bro
