Chapter 19

Natalie's POV
I was gonna stay up with Mark and Jonas until I figured out that Jacob was coming. I just decided to watch tv downstairs. When he got there I glared at him and he just tried to smile at me. My glare disappeared and my face softened.

I pointed upstairs as motioning that mark and Jonas were up there. He started going towards the steps and then started walking to me.

Jacob: Nat liste--
Me: no go away

I said while holding out my hand. He sighed then walked upstairs... Or at least that's what I thought he did.

He grabbed me and put his hand over my mouth and carried me to my room with me kicking trying to get out of his grip.

I bit his hand and he pulled away after he finished locking the door.

Jacob: did you just bite me?!
Me: yeah so what
Jacob: I just wanna talk to you!
Me: but I don't!
Jacob: then why are you talking to me right now

He said with a smirk

Me: I don't know because I can't not talk to you?!
Jacob: so you're calling me irresistible?
Me: E-ew n-no
Jacob: you stuttered... That means you're lying. You like me!
Me: n-no I d-don't

I actually kinda always had these feeling locked up in a dungeon in my heart for Jacob😁.

Jacob: just admit it!
Me: no I won't admit something that's not t-true
Jacob: you stuttered again!

I stood up and walked towards him and started rambling on about how I didn't like him until he put his lips on mine. I kissed back and he wrapped his arms around my waist. After a minute or so he pulled away.

Jacob: well that's a way to shut you up
Me: shut up...
Jacob: you like me
Me: maybe a little....
Jacob: a little?
Me: maybe a little more than a little?
Jacob: eh good enough.
Me: the boys are probably waiting for you
Jacob: yeah probably. See ya later Nat
Me: yeah you too.

When he left I locked the door and panicked. What? why? how? Why did I kiss him! Oh wait... I'm single😏 I can kiss whoever I wanna kiss. Wait what?! Nat stop thinking like that! I just need sleep.

Monday

I woke up and changed into (pic in media) I groaned because its school again. Mark does online school. I beg my mom and dad to let me do online school too but she doesn't let me. All of my other friends like Loren, Ariel, and Cat do online school but I can't.

I walk downstairs to see Mark sitting on the couch with his computer doing school. I eat an apple and then my mom drives me to school.

Me: bye mom
Mom: bye honey be safe
Me: yeah, yeah I know you tell me everyday
Mom: and I mean it every time
Me: yeah I know

I mumble as I walk away from the car. I walk into school and get pushed around I just sigh and kept walking until some kid, I think his name is Zach, came up to me and punched me straight in the face.

I yelped in pain and tears slid down my face. He laughed and walked away. I curled up into a ball and cried. I felt someone's presence standing in front of me so I looked up and saw Jonas.

I put my face back into my knees and he sat down next to me rubbing my back. I started to calm down and I just rested my head on Jonas's shoulder. He ran his hands through my soft silky hair I just closed my eyes and felt safe and relaxed.

I opened them when Jonas started to move. I looked over at him.

Jonas: you ok?
Me: yeah I think I am.
Jonas: what happened
Me: I got punched in the face by one of my bullies
Jonas: you have bullies?!
Me: eh yeah...
Jonas: does Mark know??
Me: no, and please don't tell him
Jonas: Natalie... You have to tell him!
Me: but I don't want to he'll get way too overprotective and won't let me leave the house! He tried to make me stay in my room while you came over!
Jonas: why?
Me: because he doesn't want "boy drooling over me" I'm just sick and tired of his protection over me.
Jonas: he only wants you to be safe
Me: yeah I know and I'm sick of it.
Jonas: cmon we gotta go to class we'll talk about this later
Me: k...

After school Zach started coming up to me, but then, thank the Lord, Jonas came over to me and started talking to me.

Jonas: hey
Me: hi
Jonas: wanna come over to my house?
Me: y-you probably shouldn't be seen with me...
Jonas: what? Why?!
Me: because I'm a slut and a hoe
Jonas: you are not any of those! Who tells you that?!
Me: Za--
Zach: hey Jonas my man!
Jonas: yo what's up Zach!

They bro hug and I just stand there quietly and awkwardly. Zach eyes me and I just look at the ground every time. After he leaves Jonas turns back to me.

Jonas: so you gonna come over?
Me: yeah sure totally

I am so glad he forgot about the question he asked me before Zach came. We walked to his car and we got in and he drove to his house.

I texted Mark and told him where I was and I told him to tell my mom. I have to be home by the latest 8:00. It was about 4:00 right now so this is gonna be fun.

When we got there we went to his room and we talked.

Jonas: favorite color?
Me: blue. What about you?
Jonas: green

(A/n: idk just guessing😂)

Me: are you good at singing?
Jonas: no I don't think I am I just like to dance around and kinda make a fool of myself.
Me: omg really!!! me too!

We look at each other with wide eyes.

Jonas: I'll get the hairbrushes and socks!
Me: I'll get the music!

I went to my phone and plugged it into his speaker. He gave me socks and I put them on. I played the song closer by the chainsmokers and Halsey. We both started singing the words into the hairbrushes like microphones and we slid on the wood floor with the socks.

We played more songs and laughed our heads off. Then we heard someone.

(JBM= Jonas Bridges Mom)

JBM: Jonas!!!! Turn the music down!!

We both giggled as we turned down the volume and saw his mom walk in.

JBM: oh Jonas who is this?
Jonas: mom this is Natalie and Natalie this is my mom.
Me: it's nice to meet you
JBM: it's nice to meet you too.

We smiled and shook hands.

JBM: so Jonas... Is this your girlfriend?

Jonas face palmed himself as my cheeks turned red.

Jonas: no mom, she's my friend
JBM: oh ok well Natalie your welcome to stay for dinner.
Me: ok thanks

We ate at dinner time and I met Jonas's dad and he was nice too. Jonas took my home at 7:55 and I thanked him and went inside my house, I changed into my pajamas and went straight to bed.
