*Taylor’s P.O.V*

“Creeping on your best friend and boyfriend? Oh Taylor…” Justin whispered, hugging me from behind as I watched Natalie and Chaz out in the living room. They were lying on the couch, side by side, looking through pictures on Nat’s so-pro black camera. They are so cute together.

“No, just…yeah, creeping.” I whispered back while Justin placed his head on my shoulder, still with his arms wrapped around my waist. He smiled and creeped on our best friends with me, one of our shared favourite past-times.

“You guys! Did you seriously just do that?” Chaz exclaimed, making us all laugh. Even though the box of ornaments was on its side on the floor, some of the more delicate ornaments crushed into little pieces.

Justin and I put on our sad faces. “Sorry Chazzy.” We both looked down at the floor, TRYING so hard not to burst out in laughter. Instead of us laughing, Nat walked into the room, laughing at something on her phone. She obviously knew what had just happened, and was thinking of a way for Chaz to laugh.

“Sneezing panda video Chazzy…I know how much you love it.” Smiled Nat, as she handed him her phone. Chaz pressed play and started smiling, the video making him feel a bit better.

“Now while you two do that, Tay and I will go and buy some new tree ornaments. See you guys later!”

*At the store*

“Baby I hear melodies, when your heart beats. Baby it sings to me, like fa la la, fa la la.” Justin sang, looking at ornaments on one shelf, while I looked at a different shelf.

I laughed. Be my date this Christmas eve. Be my holiday, my dream…” I sang this time, picking up a purple and glittery sphere-ornament. Kinda reminded me of the Wonderstruck perfume bottle. Haha, but that perfume smells reallyyyy good, I could wear that for the rest of my life- but Justin would be kind of mad if I didn’t wear Someday. I heard Justin laughed, and I watched him walk over.

“What’s behind your back?”

“What? Nothing’s behind my back. What are you talking about?”

“Bieber.”

“Anderson.”

“Show me what you’re hiding!” I exclaimed, making him laugh again-I love his laugh, so I didn’t mind this. He smiled afterwards, pulling out what was behind his back. A mistletoe. Oh Justin. He held it above us, pulling me closer, and whispered-with his hot and husky voice:

“Kiss me underneath the mistletoe; show me baby that you love me so. Oh-oh, oh. Kiss me underneath the mistletoe; show me baby that you love me so…” We both leaned in, sparks flying as our lips met. Mhmm, welcome back butterflies. It’s great to have you again. I swear, every time Justin kisses, hugs or just simply looks at me from across the room, the butterflies from when I first saw him come back and it feels amazing. Oh yeah, I love this kid. I love him, forever and always-and I MEAN IT.

Justin noticed that I was thinking when we pulled away. “Mhmm, butterflies?” He smirked and I nodded, biting my lip.

“Mhmm, you got that right.”

“Good. Because I got chills. Just like the first time we kissed.” I laughed, kissing him on the cheek and turned back to the shelves of ornaments.

“OMG. Haha, Nat would love this,” I smiled, picking up a purple, heart-shaped ornament and showing it to Justin.

“I’ll tell Chaz. He’s got a surprise for her.”

I chuckled as we walked into yet another Christmas decoration store. “Déjà vu much?” Justin chuckled as well, lacing his fingers in between mine as we wandered around the place, singing random parts to the songs that were on the radio.

“Tuck my napkin in my shirt, because I’m just mobbin’ like that.” I rapped along to ‘Headlines’ by Drake-one of my favourite songs in the world-while it blasted on the radio inside the store. Who knew they would play it in a CHRISTMAS decoration store. Hmm, you learn something new every day.

“My girl’s a rap-star.”

“My guy’s pop-star.”

“Oh really? Well, my girl is sexy.” Justin winked-and I couldn’t help but blush. He winked and I laughed, playfully punching his shoulder with my free hand.

“Oh yeah? Well, my guy is hot.” Now this time Justin blushed. And this round is one that I can add to the winning section of my brain. MUAHAHAHAHAHA. Okay. That was weird. Yeah, tell me something I don’t know.

“Damn. You win this time.”

“Don’t be a hater Justin.”

He looked at me, with a shocked expression on his face. “Me? Hate on you? I love you to Pluto and back and to Pluto again and then back, and times that by infinity. That’s how much I love you babe.” I smiled. Justin, Justin, Justin…are we gonna do this all winter.

*Natalie’s P.O.V*

Tay and Justin had just got back from the shopping when Chaz and I had started putting a few of the unbroken ornaments on the tree-which was less than half of what we had before they were smashed into pieces on the floor. We’re all so lucky that Pattie and the grandparents weren’t home at that time. Thank the Lord that they went to a Christmas party.

“Here, put this one on the tree.” Chaz said, handing me this purple and heart-shaped one, which was probably new. Just as it was about to be fixed in place on the tree-where I wanted it to be-something happened. It slipped out of my hand and broke open on the floor. Chaz bent down and picked up something, and as soon as he picked it up…he got down on one knee…Oh my gosh.

“Natalie, ever since I laid eyes on you, I’ve realized that you’re the only girl I’ll ever want to spend the rest of my life with.  So,” He held up this diamond ring, the most beautiful piece of jewellery that I’ve ever seen and asked, “Natalie Kale, will you marry me?” I started crying and gave him a slow but sweet kiss on the lips. Chaz smiled, kissing me back as he slipped the ring on my finger.

“Yes Chaz. A gazillion times yes. Yes, yes, yes…YES!” I grinned widely, hugging for what seemed like an eternity. I never wanted this moment to end. But I had to tell Taylor.

Chaz, reading my mind, whispered in my ear:

“Go tell Taylor.” I smiled sweetly at him, giving him one last kiss as I walked out of the room and up the stairs to Tay’s bedroom.

“Taylor. Taylor. Taylor.” I knocked on the door repeatedly, hearing her slipper-covered feet shuffle to the door.

“Natalie. Natalie. Natalie.” She joked, mimicking my knocking on the door. “Whassup girl?” Oh that ghetto voice that she tries to make sound totally amazing- doesn’t achieve that standard. I held out my hand and whispered in an excited voice:

“Chaz proposed.” Then I had to cover my ears, to protect them from her loud and excited-sounding scream.

“Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh! Lemme see the ring!”

I smiled hugely, holding up my hand again. Taylor squealed excitedly, and Justin walked by, laughing while covering his ears and mimicking her. Oh those two. They love each other but at the same time can annoy each other like little kids do to each other.

“Ignore him and let’s start planning this wedding!”  Taylor dragged me into her room, getting excited-she LOVES weddings, like, no joke.

And who knew that one of Taylor’s favourite things about winter…

Could change my life. For the better.
