Chapter 13 - You Smell Like Coconuts

Pagkatapos kong maligo at magbihis into a really cute sleeveless princess cut dress lumabas ako to see Jordan already waiting for me.

"What took you so long?" Nakaligo at nakabihis na din siya. He wore a dark blue V-neck shirt, a pair of jeans and a pair of black Vans. I stopped the urge to sigh at the sight of his gorgeously messy hair. I like his style. Simple but the simplicity always brings out how gorgeous he is.

"Mas marami akong tinanggal na itlog sa katawan ko thanks to someone who poured a whole bowl of eggs. Now stop being impatient or else I'll kick some eggs."

He raises his hands up. "Woah there. I'm sorry you can take as much time as you want." Tumalikod siya sa akin at kinuha yung bag niya.

I went to get my phone and we were out of the house to get to the convenience store. But before we could be about ten meters away from the house Jordan stops walking and speaks up. "Hey you wanna go somewhere else?"

"Hmmm? Saan?"

"There's this barbecue place that I really like. But it's kind of far away from here."

"Far away? How far away?" I was becoming a little interested.

"It's in Antipolo."

"Antipolo? That's an hour away."

"Yeah but I'm really craving." He flashes some puppy dog eyes that were so cute hindi ako makatanggi. Kahit na sobrang layo. Pero okay parin kasi wala naman rin kaming gagawin dito sa set.

"Sige."

Agad agad naging happy yung expression mukha niya.

"Alright tempura girl! High 5!" He raises his hand up and I give him a high five. Sobrang saya niyang tingnan nakakahawa.

"Excited mo ah."

"It's been so long since I've been there kasi. Now go get your stuff."

"Okay." I smiled at him and rushed back to the set. Sobrang nakabahan ako na 'di ko alam. Sobrang spontaneous it sounded so exciting. And he's the one who made up the plan.

I came inside the dressing room and packed the rest of my stuff. Hinanap ko si Penny pero di ko siya makita kaya tinext ko nalang siya.

Umalis na ako. May pupuntahan kami ni Jordan. xo

Paglabas ko naghihintay na si Jordan sa sasakyan niya. I rode shotgun and he was already smiling when he turned on the engine.

Nag beep yung phone ko kaya chineck ko at nagreply na si Penny sa akin.

I want every single detail tomorrow. Ingat ka xo

I chuckled at her reponse and looked at Jordan.

"Ready?"

"Yeah."

"Alright. Let's go."

An hour later nasa restaurant na kami ni Jordan. Ang tawag sa restaurant na yun ay Lameesa. Sobrang simple lang nung restaurant at sobrang in the middle of nowhere niya. As in mga 20 minute ride from Antipolo pa siya.
