Chapter 7

Jacob's Pov

This may seem odd, but Naomi was in fact passionately kissing another Cullen. It was bad enough that she had destroyed Edward and Bella's relationship, but why would she do this to them?

I am sure you are wondering who exactly she is with right now. Who's life she is put to destroy.

She was making out with the one and only Emmett Cullen. I knew he would be next. After I heard of Bella and Edward, I knew that she would move onto Emmett, because Rosalie was so beautiful.

I am sure that Naomi is gifted, more than any other being, to manipulate those who are weak enough to be manipulated. She will full their heads with pure lies and then watch their lives perish.

"Emmett, no!" Alice screeched. She hadn't seen this coming, because Emmett was with a werewolf.

Emmett looked up for a split second, his eyes seeming hazy for a vampire. In that split second, I knew she had fooled him.

He dropped her almost immediately, pushing her away.

"What's going on?" He asked. "How in the world did I get here? Who the hell are you?" He glared at Naomi.

She smiled, her perfectly white teeth dazzling him from the moment he saw them. He gasped, falling under her spell once again.

"I'm your new girlfriend, Emmett. Do you remember me, now?" She questioned, her voice a little too sweet.

With those words, he lurched forward, kiss her passionately, and carried her into him and Rosalie's room.

We heard a loud screech, probably from Blondie herself, and Rosalie flitted out of the doorway, and then threw herself out of the closest window.

Emmett did nothing, except close the door and return to Naomi, who had the power to control him and his mind, and would have him do whatever she wanted for the next hour or two.

"We have to go after Rose, Jacob. If we don't, she'll go to the Volturi and have them kill her." Alice whispered to me.

"I agree. Even Blondie doesn't deserve to die because of Naomi." I replied quickly.

"It was also because of Emmett, Jake. Did you see the way he carried her to his room? He wanted her!"

"Alice, didn't you see the way she was manipulating him? She was using mind control. He didn't even know who she was until she fooled him again." I explained.

"We still have to go after Rose. We can't let her get far enough as to kill herself." She said.

"I'm coming too, Alice. I want to help protect Rosalie. Emmett shouldn't have been so stupid as to do this." Renesmee said suddenly, standing up beside me.

"You can't, Nessie. For one, it's too dangerous. What if Rosalie attacks us? But for two, Mike will be here any minute and I know you will want to finally meet him." Alice said automatically.

"Who's Mike?" I asked.

"It is Renesmee's future mate. They haven't met yet, and this is when it will happen." Alice said to me.

I nodded and followed her out the door, letting Jacob disappear behind me and I planned to save my new sister.
