Chapter 10

Alice's Point of View

I didn't know where I was. I wasn't used to being so blind. 

I was sure this was Naomi's doing. She had to jump in and ruin everything, didn't she? I had come in contact with many bengs before, but did she have to be so cruel? What did she really want from them? She obviously didn't care about Emmett or Edward.

I felt something nearby. I was surrounded by darkness, and I knew that wasn't good. I had a scarce memory of trying to stop Edward from leaving Bella... but it was not him who had hurt me. Who had kidnapped me.

I flinched as a dark laughter filled the mostly empty room. Anther body was thrown into the room, and tearless sobs quickly followed. 

"Hello?" I said, my voice echoing continously. "Who is here?"

"Alice?" A familiar voice mumbled. "Is that you?" But it was not the sobbing person who had spoken. "What is going on? Why did we get kidnapped?" The voice was deep, like a werewolf's, which meant...

"Seth?! What the hell! You were taken? Everyone in Forks is looking for you!" I shouted. "Wait. That means you been in here for almost two years!" 

"Alice, you have to be quiet. If you are loud they will come in here and hurt you." Seth told me.

"What kind of human can kidnap immortals and keep them prisoner?" I questioned. "We can still survive. All we have to do is find a way out of here." I insisted.

I began moving around the room, but Seth caught my arm. "Listen to me. I never said they were human. They are vampires. They can kill us without a second thought. You have to be careful." 

"We cannot just sit here and watch them kidnap people just because they feel like it. its not fair. We have to do something before it is too late, Seth." I whispered.

I heard a creak from the other side of the room and stopped moving. The door to the room opened, and surprisingly enough, I knew the person standing in the doorway a little more than I wanted to.
