Chapter 29

< 11 Months later> 

Lauren POV 

It has been almost a year im so happy with everything nathan is growing up to be a wonderful boy. Camila and i have finally been spending more time together since the album is about half way finished and now we are having our famila time " Nathan give me high five " i say with my hands up and he gives me a five and i smile " good boy your so so smart " i pick him up and kiss him cheek " Mama " he says and i smile"yeah baby?" " jwice "  .. i nod and carry him to the kitchen .. i pout him some apple juice in a sippy cup " twank yous " i kiss his nose " at the table baby." he sits at the table drinking his juice and camila comes from the room " babe he has a doctors appointment later " i nod remebering and i kiss her forhead "what time babe?" " 3:30 " i look at the clock and see its 12. i wrap my arms around camila kissing her cheek down to her neck " i love you Camz " she giggles and bites my lip softly pulling it " yeah babe?" i wink " yeah " ... " mommy done!" nathan yells to get my attention and i kiss the top of his head " go play baby " he runs to the living room and i wash the sippy cup " your such a god mommy babe " i smile " you are too baby " she shrugs and walks off " hey!" i call to her and ashe turns back " i love you more " she smiles and pecks my lips .. when i finish the dishes i sit ni the living room with Nathan and camila and he is playing with the toy that you put the shapes and colors in his right hole on the toy ... he tries to fit the red circle into the green triangle Hole " no baby it goes there " camila shows him " but... that the same " he says pointing at the green triangle hole ... thats strange " what do you mean baby its diffrent colors " i say sitting next to him " no... same " i look at camila and she has a worried expression " What color is this Nate? " i ask holding the green triangle... he points at the red circle hole " how about this?" i hold up the blue Cube... he points at the yellow rectangle.. " babe... " camila says and i nod knowing exactly what shes thinking " i know baby " i kiss her head and nathan keeps on playing... i take camila to the kitchen " i think hes color blind " i whisper and she nods " i guess the cerebrum messed that up... " i nod and i see her eyes start to fill with tears " baby dont cry " she wipes her eyes and i kiss her forhead giving her a hug " its not that bad... " i say and she burries her face in my chest " shhhh " nathan comes in the kitchen and streches his arms out so that i carry him and i pick him up " why sad mommy?" he says while wiping camilas tears and she kisses his cheek " im not sad baby " he shrugs and i smile " come lets get you dressed " i walk with him to his room thats decorated in Ocean/ Finding nemo which he loves and i pull out a blue shirt with khaki pants and his favirote tiny blue crocs " we can see fishys later mommy?" i think for a minute then nod " after doctors " he cheers and i kiss his cheek... i change his clothes and he runs out of camila " fishys later mommy!" he says to her and she smile  "alright baby and madrina Dinah?" she asks and he nods < madrina is god mom in spanish > " babe call the girls and see if they wanna go" i grab my phone calling Normani " Hey boo thanggg" she says and i laugh " hey mani you guys wanna go to the aquarium later?" .. " mmmmm Yeah we'd love too let me ask Ally and TaySwizzle " i giggle at her nickname and Change my clothes for the day " alright everyone is a go!  call me when your on your way " " alright boo " i hang up and go out " everyones coming too " Camila nods and picks nathan up and we turn off all the lights leaving the loft " Nate hold mommies phone please " he nods and takes my phone as i carry his bags and things and we go down stairs...

When we get to the doctors Nathan starts to play with the kids toys they have and i talk with camila " Baby dont worry too much about it.. people are really sucessful and they have that " she nods and puts her head on my shoulder " like who?" she asks " Ummmm that one guys from camp rock... JMan " she looks up " really?" " yeah i saw it on a live chat he was in a long time ago " She giggles and pokes my cheek " your silly " i stick my tounge out " Nathan cabello- Jauregui?" the nurse calls out and nathan jumps up " ME " everyone giggles and i hold his hand walking to the nurse " come with me little buddy " we walk into an examination room and nate sits on the big bus/ bed and the doctor comes in " Hey buddy how are you today?" nathan gives to thumbs up as he swings his legs up and down out of bordem which he does alot " great so today where gonna check on your brain alright?" he nods and the doc starts with normal tests " alright when this hits your knee move it up " the doctor taps nates knee and he slowly brings it up then he goes to the other and they do the same " good job... now breaths in and out for me " nathan starts to breath in and out slowly and the doctor moves the stethascope < no clue how to spell that> up and down his back " great buddy your heart sounds perfect " he smiles and writes some notes " alright well with his cerebrum problem i want to ask if there is any concerns with nathan's,  like if youve noticed with his learning process new?" he asks " Well today he was playing with the colors and shapes toy thing and he would confuse the colors We think he has a Color blindness " the doctor nods " alright be right back "  after a few minutes he came back with some flash cards " alright i will show you come cards and you tell me the colors you see" nathan nods.. the card that he shows is with all the circles and a few diffrecnt colors ... the number 35 is kinda hidden inside the colors " i dunno " nathan says in almost a whisper " alright thats okay .." next he shows a yellow butterfly with red dots " buterflys and blue and green " the doctor takes some notes and shows the last card which is a grayish blue blob " black?" nathan says and rubs his eyes " i dunno " nathan gets sad and camila kisses his cheek and whispers to him " its alright baby shhh " nathan nods " alright kiddo... great job " she doctor messes nathans hair and he smiles then the doc talks with Camila and I as nate plays on her phone " aright theres defiantly something wrong with seeing colors... i would like to do an MRI and more tests if its alright with you?" we nods " alright ill set it up with the nurse yall are free to go " we thank him and i help nate off the bus/bed... we walk to the front an di sign some papers and set up the tests for next week " Want a sticker or candy honey?" the nurse says and nate nods... she shows him a sheet of stickers and he gets excited " NEMO!" he cheers and she puts a nemo sticker on his blue shirt " and here you go buddy " she gives him a lollipop and i open it for him " thanks" i smile and she nods ... we walk out to the car and camila straps him in and i call Normani " Hey boo were on our way.."  " alright same "

We get to the aquarium and nathan runs to the front " NATHAN NO RUNNING!" i scream and he jumps to Dinah's arms and she cracks up " chill out mama lauren! i got him " i sigh and roll my eyes " hey guys " we all greet eachother " Cheecheeee!" " canchoooo " i laugh " oh no here we go again "  i say shaking my head ... Dinah and camila run to eachother and jump into eachother arms and everyone else here looks at them weird and we laugh " mama crazy !" Nathan says and i giggles " yes she is insane " he laughs and Normani Cynthia and i go to buy the tickets while Nate sits with Ally, camila and D " so how did the doctors go?" mani asks i sigh and look at the tickets then up " nathan has a color blindness... " the girls look at me wide eyed " how bad?" cynthia asks " Well he was playing with colors and shapes and he would confuse them bad and we did tests in the doctors and it was confirmed... now we have to do MRI and blah blah blah " i sigh and normani and cynthia hug me " He'll be fine " Mani reassurs me and i nod " alright guys leggo!"  " Gimmie mine mommy!" i give him his ticket " dont loose it baby " i smile and he holds camilas hand and they walk infront of us" " thats so cute... " Cynthia says smiling and i look at her " you rethinking about kiddo's?" i giggles and she nods " dont tell alright?" i nod and she hugs me from the side .. Nate gives his ticket to the lady and i catch up giving her mines and camilas " thank you... woah!" she says looking up " your.... " she starts and i smile " hi " " Lauren!... i love you so much!" nathan steps back looking at us weird and I pick him up " i love you so much!" The girl fan girls and Dinah, Ally, and Normani meets us up "Woah your all here! May i have a photo?" we nod and nathan i see is freaking out " baby its fine?" camila whispers and we all pose " mommy.. " i kiss his cheek and we take a few photos " nice meeting you have a nice time " we all walk into te place and nate holds my cheeks " Mommmy!!" he screams  " what nate!" i smile " Why she wanna pictures ?" i look at the girls " well you know how you like music baby?" he nods " we do music like people on the tv " he nods " ill explain later " he kisses my cheek " okay now down " i put him down and he runs to the first fish tank and i watch him while walking " how are we going to explain this baby?" camila asks slipping her hand in mines " i dont knoww.... maybe we will when hes older " she nods and we stand beside nathan as he watches the fish ... i play with his hair and we all look at the fishes.... " i want fishy in my room mommy" he says turning to Camila and i " alright baby well see what we can do " .....

After walking threw the whole aquarium we finally reach the dolphin and whales which is camilas favirote part " omg babe look at them!" she squeals and nathan laughs with me " mommy your silly " he says and she pretends to bite him " no!" he scarems and i kiss his forhead " nathan you wanna sit with me?" ally asks and he nods, i see how ally and cynthia play with nathan as if he was theirs, its so cute they would be amazing with a child............i wrap my arms around camila as the show starts.. the dolphins come and do cool tricks " baby there so cute i want one!" she says excitedly " i know baby " i laugh and kiss her lips " one day " i wink and she lays against me...

We watch the whole show with camila in my arms and she gets so amazed by everything just like nathan even though they have both seen this show a bunch of times ... When the show is over it is late and Nate is so ready to knock out.. " thank you so much allycat and tay tay  " Camila says and they put nathan in his car seat " no problem it was a pleasure " Cynthia says and ally nods " see yall latersss " ally says hugging and we say bye to everyone " adiosss " i say and we start heading to the loft. 

When we get home Camila takes Nate out of the car and up stairs and i follow .. i open the door for her and she walks into nates room changing his clothes into Pjs " hes the best lolo " she smiles and i kiss her " yeah hes perfect" we put him into the crib and turn on the night light " good night babe " she whispers and we walk out of the room " so studio tomrrow?" she asks and i look threw the calander " Yeah... but both of us so nates coming too " she nods and we go to bed... good day :)

Im note sure how color blindness works if anyone would like to tell me if im right or if there is more too it i would be happy to add to make the story more accurate! thanks <3
