Guyssss thank you so much for reading !!!!!

There's finally some one on one action so keep that in mind ;)

Hope's POV:

I woke up to find out that the scenery has changed. Instead of the dark woods, it was replaced by a more mountainous ice capped region.

I leaned forward and looked around, catching him staring at me through the review mirror. I quickly turned around and pretended like I wasn't sneaking glances at him. The awkward silence between us was deafening.

It was hard to pretend like nothing happened last night, especially after what happened. After I had to explain to him what was happening and who I really was, the rest of the night was a bit hazy.

----- (the night before)

"I grew up in the palace and you know, my mum and dad were like the king and queen. When I was about 13 or so, rebels burned down the castle and only Josh and I made it out alive. Since then, we had to keep moving between packs to try not to raise any suspicion but it's been harder recently because of some... circumstances." I said, not bothering to look over at him. Finally, I could stop acting. I could become myself, Hope, again for the first time in front of someone who wasn't Josh and that felt amazing.

"Anyway, after some rouges spotted us in my previous pack, Josh and I had to move over to the Red Valley Pack who willingly accepted us, or actually anyone who wanted. Well and then of course a few days later your pack had to come and just had to take over. And now look where we are." I finished taking deep breaths. I missed out a lot of parts my story intentionally seeing no point in him knowing. I looked over to see him staring at the road intently.

"Well?" I asked, raising my brows.

"Well what?" He asked, causing me to roll my eyes.

"Aren't you going to say something?" I shifted my body so I was facing him. He paused for a while and finally spoke.

"You should have told me." He said after a while.

"Are you serious? If I told you it would have blown my cover and-what the hell, why am I even bothering to explain this to you again." I exclaimed and crossed my arms looking out the window.

"And besides, you were a total jackass so why bother?" I mumbled softly to the window. Apparently not soft enough because he heard and pulled the car to a violent stop.

"Ermm excuse me? We are in a middle of this long and endless road and it's probably not safe to stop here so..." I said, trailing off after seeing no other cars.

"Is that what you really think of me?" He asked, his eyes still fixated on the empty road.

"Well, you haven't been exactly, nice and hmm let me think considering that first you basically rejected and left me then made me the common topic for the school to talk about which was exactly what I was trying not to go for, and also go hook up with some bimbo and get all over." I saw him grip the steering wheel when I reminded him.

"Where was I? Oh yes, besides basically isolating me from all my friends, you made me move in with you which I have no idea why. I think that shows more than enough that your a jack ass doesn't it hmm?" I snapped. He sighed and ran a hand sexily through his hair. Stay focused! He's just trying to distract you! I adverted my gaze to look at the now night sky.
