According to Marvel wiki, Howard is 26/27 as of CA:TFA, so that's what I'm going with friends. This book includes scenes from Captain America: The First Avenger and Agent Carter season 1 & 2, maybe some extras who knows.

There's hardly any Howard fics around so this is officially the rise of them, as I hope to see more soon, and hopefully this being published pushed them out from others - I'm a sucker for Howard and Dominic's portrayal of him - shame that Agent Carter got cancelled really, I hope Netflix or Amazon pick it up tbh, it had so much potential and to leave with such a cliffhanger is goddamn annoying.
