My mind was reeling with the endless possibilities!

"Where were we going? We could be going back to the renaissance, or going and seeing the golden ages in China, or what about Queen Hatshepsut's rule in Egypt when trade flourished! "I could have droned on and on about Egypt. I could consider myself an Egyptologist. Before I could finish my train of thought I was interrupted by a strange noise.it sounded like the noise of the nails on a chalkboard.

"Did you hear that?" I asked quizzically

"Hear what?" the expression on his face was unreadable at the time.

All of the sudden I doubled over in pain. The noises making me curl up into a ball. It was bursting my eardrums out. "Make it stop doctor make it stop!!!" I begged and I pleaded.

"Kayla what's wrong? "He looked over at me worried. He saw me curled into a ball in the corner of the Tardis crying. Suddenly everything looked all fluid and watery.

"Doctor What's Going on?" I said scared for my life

"Kayla Stay With me! Stay awake Kayla! Kaylai-..." then everything turned dark.

I was walking up to the Tardis. Was I going bonkers or am I really hearing something? It sounded like it was coming from the Tardis. I then stepped over and put my ear to the blue wooden box that I knew so well. I heard melodious music. I could very well discern the piccolo and the viola also hearing bells and the oboe. Sounded like something magical. Almost like something from a fairytale. I leaned closer and suddenly my head was swallowed by pain and there was something wrong with the Tardis. Something wasn't right.

"Doctor...The Tardis! She's..."

I then woke up to see a doctor at the door. I was in some sort of infirmary.

"What is it? What's wrong?" He said huffing and puffing for air. The room is a bit far from the console room.

"N...Nothing. I just had a weird dream. The Tardis was in it.I think that there might be something wrong with her." I said solemnly.

"It was just a dream. I'm sure you'll be all right. Now go on get back to bed" he said quietly shushing his finger. I then closed my eyes as he sat there for a couple of minutes and combed through my hair. Eventually he walked back to the Tardis console room. Looking at his screen he then had a look on his face that only his companions knew all too well.

"B...But how did she know there was something wrong with the Tardis?" He said confused. Surely He knew that Tardis longer than her and that it trusted him more. But how?

The next morning I woke up bright and early to get ready. Since that Tardis had already landed the doctor was waiting for me in the console room.

"Ahhh... There you are! I was beginning to think that it wouldn't work!"

"What wouldn't work?" I asked feeling very suspicious.

"Nothing I'll explain it to you later! Now don't you want to take a peak to see where we are?"

"Fine I said I said as I reluctantly opened the door..."

"AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!"

I let out the loudest scream I had ever done in my life. I immediately closed the door to the Tardis.

"What was that for?" the doctor asked with a bit of sourness in his tone.

"There is a T Rex right outside this door! And were its next meal!"
