“Doctor? Where are you?” I say as I’m looking around the Tardis Control room. I then realize that the Tardis door is open. I quickly put my ear up to it to see if I can hear anything. Nothing .So instead I decide to investigate. I slowly open the doors a bit to see a lonely doctor. “Doctor.”
“Ah so you’re okay. I imply that means that you’re feeling better?”
“Yes. Thanks for helping me.”
“No problem. Uhh…-“
“What is it Doctor?”
“Well, I saw something.” He said looking down
“Yeah?”
“Kenzi, I saw something’s about … about.-“and before he finished his sentence. I already started crying.
“I’m sorry. If I would have known what I read I wouldn’t have read it.” He said extending an arm. I cringed away from him. When he started to pat my back I tensed up a bit then realized that he would never hurt me. I eventually got up because it was getting chilly so I left him and went to my room. I got changed into a pair of my favorite Pajamas .I then got out my CD player and Decided to play one of my favorite songs Titanium
You shout it out,
But I can't hear a word you say
I'm talking loud not saying much
I'm criticized but all your bullets ricochet
You shoot me down, but I get up

I'm bulletproof, nothing to lose
Fire away, fire away
Ricochet, you take your aim
Fire away, fire away
You shoot me down but I won't fall
I am titanium
You shoot me down but I won't fall
I am titanium

Cut me down
But it's you who'll have further to fall
Ghost town and haunted love
Raise your voice, sticks and stones may break my bones
I'm talking loud not saying much

I'm bulletproof, nothing to lose
Fire away, fire away
Ricochet, you take your aim
Fire away, fire away
You shoot me down but I won't fall
I am titanium
You shoot me down but I won't fall
I am titanium
I am titanium
I am titanium

Stone-hard, machine gun
Firing at the ones who run
Stone-hard as bulletproof glass

You shoot me down but I won't fall
I am titanium
You shoot me down but I won't fall
I am titanium
You shoot me down but I won't fall
I am titanium
You shoot me down but I won't fall
I am titanium
I am titanium
I hear a knock “Come in” I say with a small smile on my face.
I see the doctor with a mask of absolute shock covering his usually happy face.
“That was incredible.” He says as he slowly comes toward my bed
I hide my rosy cheeked face. I hate being embarrassed.
I feel a cold hand on my cheek and my instincts take over making me tense up. I hated that part.
“Kenzi?” he asked
“Yes?” I say as I slowly lift my head.
“Can I see your scars?” he asked gingerly as if he was awaiting a lashing himself.
“Sure.” I replied blankly zoning into space.
He reaches out to slowly lift my sleeve and I try not to tense up but I can’t help it. After I calm down he slowly pulls up one of my sleeves only to see the true extent of my pain. Several Burns from his cigarettes plus lots of scars. Some were fresher while some had healed mostly.my newest was still pink, and when he touched it I yelped out in pain. I wanted to cry but my tear ducts refused he looked at the other arm to see the same amount of damage.
“Can I look at your back ?” he asked.
“Sure” I guessed.
He slowly lifted up my shirt to see my back littered with Scars and Bruises and burns. Not 1 centimeter of that skin was untouched by my dad’s destruction. My past was being revealed. I just wish it wasn’t being revealed like this.
Doctors POV
When I saw her arms I utterly astonished at how much I didn’t notice this. I was dumbfounded. But I think that there was worse to come.
“Can I look at your back?’ I asked hoping she would see my idea from a medical point.
When I lifted up her shirt I saw a lifetime of beatings and cruel insults. I choked back a sob as I saw the utterly real reality that she had grown up with. No wonder she kept so many secrets from me.
I then saw her look up at me. her eyes glossy ready to release more tears. I didn’t realize that I had pulled her into a hug. Just an impulse. I could feel her muscles tense then slowly relax. She was sobbing into my Tweed jacket. I just reassuringly patted her on the back. I could feel her heart beat speed up rapidly. That’s weird…
So I slowly pulled her face out of her palms so that I could take a look at her. She looked so beautiful. I slowly started to lean in. when our lips met I felt dozens of fireworks set off inside of me. Zipping through my every vein.it felt magical. When I pulled my face away from her I saw a small smirk upon her lips.
“Now where do you want to go next?” I asked as I pulled her into the control room.
“How about New York?” she said excitedly
“Alright New York it is! Geronimo”
And we were off…
