"Well I am sorry to say ,her heart has stopped",the doctor said.

"Please that can't be true!", said dropping to my knees.

"I truly am sorry ,you'll be able to say your goodbyes in a few minutes."

I gave him a small nod and made my way to her parents.

They gave me a quick hug telling me it would be fine. But it's not! The love of my life,their daughter ,had just died!

Frank came over to me while Leo followed behind him gripping Frank's hand tightly.

That made me cry even more! They found love while I had just lost mine .

Frank and Leo where also crying but they didn't seem to be as much as me. Even though Frank had been her bestfriend for years it didn't compete for what I feel or maybe it does but he is finding comfort holding Leo's hand.

A nurse came to tell us that we could already go in by twos. I told her parents they could go first and then Frank and Leo following leaveing me last.

They all came out eventually crying harder than before,they told me to go in,only if I wanted to.

I slowly made my way to the door and opened it .Isabel was still connected to all the wires and needles but her heart just wasn't beating or showing it in the moniter.

"I will always love you and you will forever be in my heart"I,I told her even though she wouldn't even hear me.

Just as I was about to leave I heard the heart moniter start again.!

BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!

I hurried and called a doctor! Sh...she is alive!

"What,how is this even possible", the doctor asked as he ran to the room.

"Wow,idk what to do ! This has never happened before.! It's not possible ! We weren't trained for this! All I can say is that she will be going home in a week. We have to make sure she is ok and healthy before she leaves", the doctor told us.

"She chose not to leave us ", I said quietly when I heard the door open behind me.

*Isabel P.O.V*

There was a cute boy in front of me he seemed to be crying and saying something. I saw a few blurry figures behind him but I couldn't make up what any of them said.

A tried closing my eyes for a while to get my eyes to foucus a bit, after about three minutes my eye sight was back and I could hear fine.

"Where I am",I asked as I saw all the needles connected to me.

"Don't you remeber what happen", the cute blonde guy said.

"No in fact I don't know who any of you are",I replied to him.

He broke down in tears and said,"we are you're family."

The lady came up front holding hand, which seemed to be her husband.

"We are your parents",she said.

Another two cute boys came up holding hands,they both had brown eyes and brown hair,one of them had glasses.

"And we are your bestfriend,well bestfraans as you like to call us", The cute brown hair and brown eyed boy with glasses said.

"We are like your family", said the other boy holding the boy's with glasses hand.

The blonde guy was in the back just letting his tears out.

He came up to me and told me he was the guy that was in love with me.

*Hey bells , I was going to update this a few hours ago but got distracted by some pizza and nutella!! Sorry but you know those two are baes asf!! This is only a filler chapter telling you guys she was alive,she was going to die but Frank didn't want that and I'm nice so!😂💕*
