Chapter- 28

The front door clicked open after a few knocks. Jinsu hyung smiled, stepping aside as he welcomed me in.

"Welcome home young master!" I grinned, nodding towards him as I slowly walked in with some support from noona and Baekhyun of course. I looked around before meeting my puppies gaze as he shyly looked up at me.

"Let's get you upstairs dongsaeng~!" Noona sang into my ear, making me groaned as I sent her an annoyed look.

It's been precisely a month and counting since that day I met with an accident. My parents visited me from Bucheon last week and we spent the whole week together before they went back but they said they'd come back home for Christmas.

Noona is leaving to Bucheon as well. She'd received a call from her friends not long ago, wanting to hang out since its been months that they'd last done it but will be back for Christmas as well.

Baekhyun's been visiting me while I was at the hospital. Not once has he missed a day. Whenever he came by, he'd bring his laptop along and some snacks, saying that he wanted to spend time with me and I could only grin, welcoming him with opened arms.

But today was totally a different situation. I was told by the doctor that I was discharged and could now go back home. I felt so excited about the idea of having to leave this room for the colorful world that awaited me outside these four white walls and I was right! The chilled air that greeted me the second I stepped out the hospital made me gasp in awe. The feeling itself was just too much to describe how happy I felt for the first time in so long.

I walked into my room, eyeing the place which seemed to be just as how I'd left it to be. I grinned upon seeing my video games stocked up on the shelf. I decided to reward myself later because honestly, it feels like donkey's years since I last played them all.

Baekhyun poked my cheek, gaining my attention. I met his gaze, questioning his actions.
"Is something wrong?" I asked him with an eyebrow quirked up. He shook his head and continued walking me towards my bed, sitting me down while he sat beside me.

"I'm so glad you're back home again!" Baekhyun said in a calm tone as he moved in closer towards me, resting his head on top of my shoulder while his warm hands held onto mine, gently tracing circles on my palm.

"I am too!" I said, ever so slowly nuzzling my face into his hair, inhaling the strong scent of strawberries with a sigh..
"I love you!" I said, this time ever so gently tipping his face up to mine, our gazes locked together, even breath hitting our faces as I leaned in towards him.

I watched as his mesmerizing orbs disappear behind his eyelids as he ever so sweetly sat still, waiting for me to go on. I grinned, deciding to take my time with my angel. I first leaned in, placing a kiss on top of his forehead. His breath hitched the second I leaned in yet again only this time, placing kisses on his eyes which then trailed down to his nose.

"S-stop teasing me.." He whimpered, his hand trailing up my chest and towards the nape of my neck, pulling me in but I backed away, just enough for me to see his eyes which were still closed.

"I want to value every second I have with you baby. Just... Let me have that okay?!" He nods with his eyes still closed, withdrawing his hand from my neck when I stop him.

"Let it be.." He does nothing but slips his hand back in place. I chuckle at him as I lean in, our foreheads touch ever so delicately. I took his hand and placed a kiss on top of it, watching carefully as his lips stretched into a wide smile.
