"Hurry up Baekhyun! We're gonna be late!"
"Yeah! I'll be right there!"

I took one good look at myself one last time in the mirror before nodding to myself.
"Wo, alright Byun!"

I gave myself a pat on the cheek, getting a grip of myself before walking out my room and downstairs to where the others had gathered.

The four figures stood by the door, all dressed in their black graduation gowns like myself with the academic cap seated atop of their heads proudly.

"Oh Bacon! You're finally here!! We were just thinking about leaving you behind and heading on instead!" Luhan said sarcastically while the others shook their heads and Kyungsoo even gave him a pat on the shoulder.

"So, let's go?!" Kai asked while he pointed his thumb out to the cars pulled up by the driveway and the other's nodded, walking out the door.
I smiled at Sehun who took my hand and leaned in, giving me a kiss on the cheek while he pulled away and looked down at me.

"How do you feel?!" He asked, setting my cap straight while I bit my lip, thinking to myself.

"Anxious.. Nervous.. I, I don't know Hunnie!" I whined out of frustration, pouting after.
"Awe.." He ran a hand down my face, cupping my cheek as I met his gaze yet again, his lips stretched into a wide grin.

"It's okay, I'm here. The boys are here. You're gonna be alright baby. Whenever you feel uneasy, just take a deep breath and remind yourself that you're a strong being. I'll be right by your side okay.."

This was one of the many reasons why I loved Sehun. He always put other people before himself. He's a beautiful soul, a caring heart and a loving way of showing how he always took care of people. I leaned into his touch, sighing in content.

The past three months have been dreadful. I could never get over it. No matter how much I tried, I just couldn't but Sehun was by my side the whole time. Never for a second did he leave my side. Ever since that day.. I found out...

"Baekhyun..." Sehun leaned in and placed a kiss on my forehead, slowly wiping away my tears that I, myself failed to notice.

"Do you want some water?!" I nodded and Sehun immediately led us to the kitchen, grabbing a glass off the cabinet before filling it up with water and handed it to me.

I chucked the cold liquid down my throat while Sehun gently ran his hand down my back, calming me slowly.

"Better?!" He asked me as I placed the glass tumbler and nodded silently, looking at the ground.

"Oh Baekhyun!" He pulled me into him, hugging me close as I tried my best to stay calm but eventually broke down yet again.

"Baby.." He gently pulled away, his hands cupping the sides of my face as he stared at me with a saddened look.

"I know its been rough for you these past few months love, but it's about time you looked forward to the many events that awaits you ahead. Today's a big day, for the both of us and seeing you like this breaks me to bits. I know, how much it hurts to lose someone important to you because, I too have been through it and not just once, but twice.. That's just how life is Baekhyun. It can give you happiness yet, it can take it away..."
