Bright orange flames surrounded the white dragon in his endless white world, though he didn't care. Reshiram wasn't bothered by the fire surrounding him. He lived here, and it wasn't like him to be afraid. Legendaries were never cowardly.

There was a soft voice, like a whoosh of air.

"Come here."

He paused, his blue eyes scanning the fire for any figures.

"Open up the fire, Reshiram."

The white dragon recognized the voice immediately and, with a wave of his large wings, made an opening in the fire surrounding him. A moment later a large black dragon stepped through, electricity coursing through his cone-shaped tail. The wings on his back were strangely curled over something.

"What is it, Zekrom?" Reshiram asked cautiously. "It's not like you to come here just to talk... We have a telepathic connection, remember?" He realized suddenly that he could no longer hear Zekrom's thoughts, and became highly suspicious.

All of a sudden the black dragon's tail let out a spark of lightning, which struck Reshiram's heart in a matter of seconds. The white dragon was not prepared, and, fell to the ground with a hard thump.

"Zekrom!" Reshiram roared, instantly leaping back to his feet. His own white tail burst into flames, similar to the fire surrounding them. "What's gotten in to you?" He let out a blaze of fire from his mouth, which Zekrom dodged easily.

"You will understand soon," Zekrom said softly, another jet of lightning bursting out of his spark-filled tail, striking the white dragon again. Reshiram didn't fall this time, and faced Zekrom with teeth barred and a lowered head, like a Taurous about to charge. His calm blue eyes were now burning with rage.

"You've never wished to harm before, Zekrom," he snarled. "Are you being controlled? Don't you want peace?"

"I let those worthy pursue their ideals," the black dragon growled back.

"What is that supposed to mea-?" Reshiram's started.

Suddenly Zekrom's wings unfurled, revealing a human with red hair and a white jacket. She lifted a violet Pokeball and threw it, and Reshiram's could only help but be slightly amused. A simple Pokeball won't be able to contain him.

Then he saw the small pink M on it.

"Master Ball," he whispered in disbelief, right as it bounced off his wing. It hit the ground with a clack.

He saw a flash of blue, the feeling of being pulled, and the next thing he knew he was trapped.
