Dare POV
We were out of the forest, out of the field, out of the mountains. We had run far, because we knew they would come after us. And now, now we were wandering the edge of Jungle City, six Pokemon and a human who didn't know what they were doing.
"Are those your Pokemon?" One old lady asked as we walked by. We all froze, not sure what to say.
"Yes," Julie said confidentially, taking a deep breath. "For now. I'm taking care of someone's Pokemon while he's gone."
After the women had left, Asha had tried to punch Julie, but Julie said nervously, "N-No! What do you think people would think if I said, 'oh, no, none of these are mine, two of them are wild.' They could try to catch Asha and Gardevoir!"
"It's a good idea," said Shadow. "There's six of us, so it could work."
"The problem is," said Julie, "is that I only have Dare's Pokeball." She held up the one she got from Professor Sapling. "So people might ask about that."
"Well," snapped Asha, "in case you didn't notice, I don't really like humans, so we're going to be staying away from them in general."
"Stop fighting!" Sapphire exclaimed. "How are we supposed to figure out what to do if you keep bickering?"
They fell silent, but Asha continued to glare at Julie, hatred in her eyes.
"So what are we going to do?" Gardevoir asked quietly.
"Well, we need some people or Pokemon to help us," said Shadow, sitting down. "We should rampage the whole hideout. I don't think sneaking in will be that easy from now on."
"We'll probably need some big Pokemon," Gardevoir said thoughtfully.
"In case we ever need to fight Reshiram," said Sapphire darkly.
"I know," I said suddenly, sitting upright. I stared at Asha. "The Snow Camp. Ace is big, and I'm sure everyone there will be willing to help! And if we really have to, we could try the other Camps!"
"Dare, that's a great idea!" Asha said, her eyes sparkling. "Which way do we go?"
I closed my eyes. "Back the way we came."
And so we set off, a human, a Zorua, a Lucario, a Gardevoir, a Snivy, an Espeon, and an Absol, together, ready to fight in the name of all Pokemon.
No matter what happens, we will be ready.
