Chase's eyes opened but they slammed shut almost immediately. He wanted being kidnapped to all be one bug nightmare. He wanted to open his eyes and see his capsule in front of him, safe and sound at home. He wanted his chip to still be in his neck and he hoped nothing like that would ever happen.

He slowly opened his eyes and his heart fell. He saw a closed laptop on the table, and he was still tied to a chair. His wrists and ankles were raw and his mouth was dry, and his stomach was rumbling.

Hiw long has it been? There was no clock on the wall and without his chip, he needed something else to show the time.

The laptop on the desk brightened, through the crack that was open and Chase's eyes widened. Hoping it was Mr. Davenport, he scooted his chair closer to the laptop.

He was almost there when the chair fell forward, sending Chase's head to the ground. He groaned but when he looked up, his heart warmed when he saw it was Mr. Davenport. He tried to lift himself off the floor but his arms and legs were aching, and he could barely push himself up.

He looked back up at the laptop and his heart fell when the call was ended. He stared at the laptop for five minutes, hoping he'd call back.

But he didn't.

A door behind him opened and Chase started panicking. Mark or Luke or whoever would come in was gonna see him near the laptop and he'd have something bad happen to him.

Chase closed his eyes as he felt the chair being dragged upright. He peeked an eye at who it was and saw Luke, grinning at him.

"Hi." Luke said grinning. "So, you're the youngest Davenport? Or, should I say the WEAKEST Davenport?"

Chase didn't say anything.

"Quiet huh?" Luke said, using Chase's chin to make him look straight at Luke. "Well, here. If you want to escape, just take your chip." He held out the chip and Chase struggled to move his hands.

He couldn't.

Luke laughed and put it in his pocket. This was such a sick joke. Luke smiled and walked over to the computer, opening it and looking at it. "Well would you look at that?" He said. "Three missed calls from Daddy Davenport. Too bad he can't contact you."

Chase growled, feeling panic but anger well up inside him. He thought Spike might activate and break him out but he was too scared to feel angry enough.

"Well, kid. Two more days. Not too hard huh?" Luke bumped Chase's chair, which fell, and laughed as he left Chase.

All alone.

Bree scattered a bunch of papers on Leo's mission specialist desk, much to his dismay. All of which were the last known location of Douglas and where he's been spotted. They needed to do this because two weeks prior to the incident Douglas went back to being am evil maniac and ran away.

Leo tried swatting Bree away but she just swatted him back. He groaned in annoyance but got up and began talking to himself.

Bree finished laying out the papers and gestured Adam and Leo over to talk.

"His last known location was Mission Creek High." Bree muttered, moving a few papers around. "And he was last spotted running a hot dog stand near Mission Creek."

"Hmm." Adam muttered, taking a bite of his hotdog.

Bree looked at Adam skeptically and suddenly she grabbed the hotdog, leaving him pouting. "Where did you get this hotdog?"

"From a hotdog stand by Mission Creek High." He answered, snatching the hotdog back. "Douglas was there too."

Bree threw her hands up in exasperation and groaned, grabbing Leo's and Adam's arms as she supersped to the school.

She hid behind a bush and smiled when she saw Douglas at thr hotdog stand, activating the cybercloak.

She supersped over to him and grabbed his arm, before grabbing Leo and Adam's arms. She supersped them back to the lab and let go, all of them but her falling at the sudden impact.

"Heyy!" Douglas complained, standing up, brushing himself off. "What was that for?"

Bree grabbed his collar and looked him dead in the eye, glaring at him. "We need your help. And whether or not you want to, you are going to help us."

He looked at her skeptically but raised his hands in surrender, getting Bree to let go. "Okay, okay. What can I do for you against my will?"

Bree smiled. "We need you to track Chase, but he doesn't have his chip."

Douglas looked at Bree like she was stupid. "And how, can you explain, am I supposed to do that?"

Bree looked at him. "The chip won't be far away from him, so just do your thingy majiggy and track it."

Douglas sighed. Then he furrowed his brow. "Why are you looking for Chase?"

Bree sighed, but tried not to tear up. "Okay, long story short someone who used to work for Mr. Davenport kidnapped him and demanded Davenport Industries and the house or they're gonna... well, they're gonna..." She couldn't finish her sentence and she burried her fave in Adam's shoulder, who dragged his finger across his neck, explaining the rest of the story.

Douglas looked shocked. He could NOT let his son get killed by some ex-employee of Mr. Davenport.

"I-I didn't know." He said slowly. He hugged Bree, who hugged him back, slowly stopping crying. She fixed herself and sniffled.

"Anyway," she said, clearly wanting to change the subject. "Can you track it or not?"

Douglas nodded, smiling weakly. He was still really ticked off because of Chase. He really hoped he was okay.

Suddenly the lab door opened and on first instinct, Douglas dove behind the cyberdesk, hiding.

Mr. Davenport came in and started using the same cyberdesk, making Douglas's heart beat faster and faster. He began to sweat but made himself as still as possible.

"Hey Mr. Davenport." Bree said casually slipping her arm into his. "Why don't you go upstairs? Tasha texted me that she was coming home from the supermarket now."

Mr. Davenport didn't so much as reply as he headed upstairs, muttering to himself in a grumpy tone.

As the doors shut, Douglas ran to them and slammed his fist into the buttons, causing the elevator to stop.

Bree smirked. "Thanks Douglas."

He returned the smile. "My pleasure."
