(A/N This story is set during the time they spent at the Academy so they all returned to the house for a while as a vacation from the Academy. Resume!)

Douglas got to work immediatly, turning on the backup locater to the chip and after an hour of work, he had two possible locations for Chase. I know I know, two? What? Why? Since the chip was deactivated, Douglas had to remotely turn on the locater, but he did that to something else also. So now two possible locations for Chase.

Douglas turned around and ran into Bree, both of them painfully falling with a loud thud.

"Ouch." Douglas groaned, standing up before helping Bree up with a smile. "Sorry about that. I have good news!"

Bree's face lit up. "What is it?"

"I've got the locations for Chase!" Douglas smiled.

Bree smiled but her smile turned to a frown and she furrowed her brow. "Wait. What do you mean locationS?"

Douglas bit his lip. "Well I was able to locate Chase but I managed to get two locations from it. We just need to go to both and look for Chase. Sound good?"

Bree looked unsure but she knew she had to help Chase so she nodded solemnly, smiling at Douglas. Although she had a bad feeling in the pit of her stomach, she dissmissed it as she bit her lip.

She started pacing again and in no time, she was superspeeding all around the house in panic and anxiety.

As she supersped back into the lab, she had a major déjà vu moment when she slammed into Adam, who fell ontop of Leo, who groaned in annoyance.

"Sorry." Bree muttered, helping herself up as Adam and Leo stood up, slowly.

"What's up with you?" Adam asked, cocking his head to the side. "I've never seen you this... what's the word? Anxieou-ancioos-"

"Anxious?" Leo finished, Adam nodding. "Yeah that. What's up?"

Bree felt her heart race and she bit her lip. "Well, Douglas found two possible locations where Chase could be. We'll just need to go to both of them and look for Chase."

Adam and Leo looked a bit worried too but they nodded confidently, the gears in their head turning.

Suddenly, the lab doors opened but everyone was too preoccupied to notice. Mr. Davenport came down and he nearly had a heartattack when he saw Douglas. "Gahh!!" He pulled out a random weapon from his bag and pointed it at Douglas, who was alarmed but raised his arms in surrender.

"Kids, get away from him!" Mr. Davenport shouted, aiming the gun at Douglas's chest.

"Mr. Davenport we brought him here!" Bree said, stepping in front of the aim of the gun. "We needed his help!"

Mr. Davenport was taken aback but he simply shot a glare to Bree but kept his eyes drilled to Douglas, who started sweating a bit. "I don't care. Douglas, I want you out of here immediatly!"

"But Mr-"

"IMMEDIATLY!" Everyone jumped at Mr. Davenport's sudden outburst and Bree was ready to argue when Douglas simply set down the papers on the desk and started backing up, quickly winking at Bree before leaving.

When Mr. Davenport lowered the gun, Bree hit him on the arm and glared at him. "Thanks a lot Mr. Davenport. We were getting somewhere!"

"Sorry Bree, but Douglas is bad. Now calm down!" He walked towards the papers Douglas left. "I'll be taking these for research purposes-"

"No." Bree supersped to them and snatched them before Mr. Davenport could react. "I'm keeping these since you were the one that kicked Douglas out!"

Mr. Davenport was ready to argue but he touched his forehead, feeling a headache coming on. He simply looked at Bree solemnly before storming upstairs to lay down.

"What's gotten into him?" Leo questioned. "What happened to the ego-maniac we once knew? He barely ever talks now and is grumpy all the time!" Leo snickered. "Maybe we should call him Grandpa Davenport now."

That made Bree and Adam chuckle, smiling. Bree's smile faded as she looked over the pages. "Okay, the locations Douglas got for us was an abandoned minefield-"

"Nope." Leo interrupted, flinching.

"-and a junkyard." Bree finished, looking at the two. "Let's play it safe and check the junkyard first."

Adam and Leo nodded, but Adam suddenly stood compeltely still for a moment before a flash of pain rippled across his face and sadness filled his eyes.

"Adam?" Bree asked calmy, approaching her older brother. "Are you okay?"

"Bionic Action Hero." Adam blurted, sighing.

"Excuse me?" Bree asked gently linking her arm with his, making Adam feel more confident.

"Bionic Action Hero." He repeated. "Remember when Giselle and Troy took Chase away and he almost died? Well, w-what if that happens again? What if he..." Adam felt his lip quivering and he couldn't finish his sentence.

Bree sighed, squeezing his arm. "I can't tell you for sure whether Chase will be okay. But I can tell you that he will not give up on us, so we will not give up on him."

Adam smiled and exhaled, feeling hope build up in his chest. "O-okay."

Bree smiled and gestured to Leo, who bounced over to the two. They all linked arms and Bree took a deep breath.

"Backup's coming." Leo muttered, before they sped off to the junkyard.
