Chase sat on the couch, and kept glancing back at his capsule practically every ten seconds. It was haunting him. He'd no longer need to sleep in it since he doesn't have bionics... he doesn't have bionics...

His mind kept replaying that sentence in his head. He wanted his bionics back. He's no longer Chase Davenport Bionic Hero. Now he's just Chase Davenport, that guy. He realized that he was nothing without his bionics.

His head ached and it was heavy. He wished that everything that happened that week just, never happened.

He laid down on the couch and held his head in pain. The pain kept pounding on his skull, and he couldn't escape it.

His eyes began to close and his breathing got heavier. He didn't realize how tired he was until his headache stopped and the tiredness kicked in. He yawned before he felt his consciousness slip away into a dream.

He opened his eyes and he was staring at Adam and Bree, who were talking to Mr. Davenport.

"Chase is useless!" Bree said, looking Mr. Davenport in the eye. "He isn't bionic anymore so he isn't important."

"Yeah." Adam agreed. "And now that I can't throw him around, he has no use, like at all."

Chase's eyes stung with tears as he heard his family talking about him as if he was garbage. Was he? Did he have no importance anymore?

"Guys, I know he's useless but he is family..." Mr. Davenport's voice trailed off, as if he was thinking about something. "Actually, I agree completely. He really isn't family anymore. Even Leo has his bionics! We should bring him back to Mission Creek, where he can be an unimportant regular guy."

Chase closed his eyes as the words kept replaying in his head. Usless, unimportant, isn't family, regular, no fun, garbage.

He felt the voices escape his head and his eyes snapped open. He sat straight up on the couch and panted, wiping away the beads of sweat on his forehead.

He stood up and decided to change. It felt wrong as he stepped in his capsule but he had to change. He felt his clothes swap into a navy blue shirt, blue jeans and a green and blue plaid shirt unbuttoned over top.

He walked to the sink and poured himself a glass of water, glaring at his capsule as he chugged it down. He needed to do something.

And he knew exactly what to do.

"Why would you do that?! Are you crazy?"

"There's no use in it anyway, why is it so important?"

Bree and Adam heard yelling once they stepped off the hydroloop, and they both frowned, and headed to the Mentors Quarters where the shouting was coming from.

They walked into the Mentors Quarters and immediatly noticed Chase's capsule was missing. Bree's and Adam's capsules were closer together, and to the right of the wall when you walk in, there was a bed with perfectly straight and washed blue sheets.

Chase and Mr. Davenport were standing in front of the capsules, arguing.

"Guys." Bree said.

Nothing.

"Guys!" She said louder.

Nothing.

"GUYS!" She screamed.

They both turned to her and shut up, just then noticing her presence. Mr. Davenport pointed to Chase with an upset face. "Chase got rid of his capsule because he doesn't need it anymore, and used the money to buy himself a bed!"

Chase nodded, unafraid of any trouble.

"You-you did?" Bree asked, slightly shocked.

He nodded, crossing his arms over his chest in protest. "It made me feel sad whenever I saw my capsule. It just reminded me that you guys have bionica and I don't! Please Mr. Davenport! I really don't want to have to look at it."

Mr. Davenport's tone softened and he put a hand on Chase's shoulder. He sighed. "I'm sorry Chase. I was just... nevermind. It's okay. I'm not mad."

Chase smiled and uncrossed his arms. "Thanks Mr. Davenport."

They hugged and Mr. Davenport looked at Bree and Adam's capsules one last time, biting his lip before he left.

Adam turned to Chase and scratched his neck. "I-uh... It's gonna be weird not having your capsuel beside ours. But, hey, if that's what you want, sure."

"Really?" Chase smiled.

"Yeah. And plus. Now I can throw you onto your bed! No one gets hurt!" Adam added, with a toothy grin.

Chase laughed. "I guess so. But, thanks guys. That-that means a lot to me. Love you."

"Love you too." Adam and Bree said, hugging Chase.

It was an adjustment, but for Chase it was worth it.
