Chapter XVIII

Alex's Pov-

"Hello Alex." I continued to keep my back to my sire. My heart hammered against my chest so much, I believed my friends had heard it because they were all just giving me glances.

I heard heavy footfalls until they had stopped aruptly. I felt Skylar and Hydra trying to talk to me once again through the link and this time I let them.

' My love, talk to him. I know you wish to.' I looked at Skylar and growled playfully at her.

'Fine.'

I turned my body around to finally get a look at my father. My eyes widened slightly at how close to the cell he was, making my feet take two steps back.

He stood at around Six feet tall, he's eyes were a light grey like mine, while his hair was a dirty blonde color. My sire was wearing a black under-armor muscle shirt with faded blue baggy jeans. He wasn't wearing any shoes.

"Hello, Alex." My sire repeated once again.

"Hi." My voice was such a low whisper that I barely heard myself.

"My. You've grown." I snorted at his answer and crossed my arms defensively as I responded,

"Kinda happens when you abandon your child for eighteen years." His eyes sadness and his gaze lowered slightly in shame.

"I'm sorry. That was rude of me, I'm sure you have your reasons on why you did it." My father looked at me in shock and shot me a little grin before he turned to Quinnzel.

"Professor, open the tubes. I wish to speak with my child without cracked glass in my way." The Professor nodded her head and press a red button making a part of the glass swing open like a door.

Once we stepped out of the tubes, Skylar rushed and took me in her arms. Soft purrs left her lips. I released a comforting purr of my own as I kissed her cheek and turned my body so I can talk to my father.

"What would you like me to explain first?" My father asked as he leaned against the professor's desk.

"What's your name?"

"Baelfire Grey Hall."

"Is Alex my real name?" Baelfire uncrossed his arms and placed them to his sides. His hands clutching the edge of the desk.

"Yes, Alex is your real name."

"Why kidnap me?" I asked with a bit of anger in my tone.

"Would you have come if I told them to say your father wanted to see you?" I nodded my head in understanding if they did say that, I would told them to go fuck themselves.

"Why did one of your men shoot Asher?" I asked as I looked at my best friend to see her eyes turn teal as she let out a low growl.

Skylar tightened her arms around my waist when Baelfire turned around and slammed his hands on Quinnzel's desk. The Professor just looked at him with a pissed off look.

"I told you not to hurt anybody!" My sire growled lowly to the blonde.

"There were Uragirimono, and Asher was at the wrong place at the most worst time." Baelfire's shoulders sagged as he turned back around to me and my friends.

"Who are the Uragirimono?" Damn that's a mouthfull.

"They work for your mother." I blew out a puff of air in disbelieve.

"You're fucking serious? Not only is my father alive and looking for me, my mother is too!"

"I understand your an..." I pushed away from Skylar and marched to my sire and poked my finger harshly into his chest.

"Don't say you understand my anger, cause you don't. You will never understand what I have been through, because you and my mother abandoned me." Grey eyes met grey as I glared up at my sire. Once he nodded his head I moved away from him and back into my mate's arms.

"Just explain what happened with my mother, so my friends and I can go back home." My voice was muffled by Skylar's shoulder but I was sure Baelfire heard it.

"As you wish. I am one of the Three main Lycans. The other two being my brother. Your uncle. And you." I kept my back to my father as I turned my head to look at him in confusion.

"Three Lycans for the main universal values. Integrity." He pointed at himself."Courage. Your uncle. And Honesty." He pointed at me.

"Aren't the Lycans supposed to be in the same age group?" Camilo asked as he scratched the back of his neck. I guess he knew this story.

"No. It is told that the Lycan of honesty is to be born from one of the other two lycans. It's just never told which Lycan."

"And what does this have to do with Alex's mother?" Asher asked this time.

"The Lycans are able to rule over werewolves. They were also given special abilites. My brother can turn his skin to metal. I am able to teleport anywhere. And Alex is able to control the elements."

"Like Avatar?" I asked hiding the happiness in my voice. I always loved that show.

"Yes. As I was saying Alex's mother, Gaea, wants Alex's power. She wants control over the werewolves so she can.."

"Let me guess rule the world?" Deven asked jokingly. I snorted at the question.

"No. To Destroy it."
