Chapter XXXIII

Professor Q's Pov-

A growl left my lips as I pulled back the metal bars, a sound of triumph leaving my lips as I threw them to the ground.

"Quinnzel! Quinnzel answer damn it!"

Leslie?

"Leslie! Over here!" I yelled as I stepped out of the cell. My eyes adjusted to the lack of light, as I turned only to nearly fall back from the force that hit me.

"Dude! We were worried as all hell!" I quickly pulled Leslie to arms length, and gave her a quick smile as I wiped her tears.

"I'll explain later. Right now, we have to get to Alex and Camlock." I spoke quickly as I tried to walk, only for Leslie to stop me.

"I'm faster. Hop on." I stepped back as Leslie began to shift, the sounds of her bones shifting bounced off the walls.

Leslie shook out her fur as her tail swished. I placed myself atop of her back, and clutched onto her fur as she began to run.

Alex's Pov-

"We're here." I looked at Nine, to see her move the fauna to the side to reveal a large portal.

"Holy shit." I whispered as I walked towards it. My hand reached towards it, only for a bolt of electricity to pass through my fingertips.

"Ow!" I slipped the tip of my index finger into my mouth, and looked at Nine as I tried to suck away the pain. The angel let out a snort towards me as she walked to the portal, and placed her hand through it.

"I have to open the portal first, Alex." Nine spoke calmly as she threw her other hand into the portal, and I whistled at the muscles in her arms as she pulled the swirling mass apart.

"Alex, Hurry! The other end is closing quicker than expected!" I hurried myself underneath Nine's arms and placed half of my body through the portal, before I turned towards the lonely Angel and kissed her cheek.

"Thank You, Nine." Nine let out a chuckle as she smiled at me, her arms began to shake.

"Follow the light." I tilted my head as I finally pulled the rest of my body through the portal.

"I thought that's for when you die." I joked as Nine finally released her hold.

"Goodbye Alex."

"Bye, Nine.." Darkness blurred my vision as the portal finally sealed shut. My feet began to take me blindly through the darkness, my eyes desperately searching for the light, Nine had mentioned.

A hard guest of wind, made me turn to my right to see a small speck of white, I laughed as I rushed towards it.

"Skylar, Hydra. Cam. Hang on, I'm coming." I whispered as I pushed myself to run faster, the light getting larger.

"Fuck! Shit! That hurts!" The words left my mouth as I jolted my upper half up, my head turning to the sound of a happy yelp.

"Camlock!" Camlock let out another happy yip as she charged towards me, our two halfs becoming one again.

'Alex!! I missed you!'

'I missed you too, Cam.' I smiled as Camlock howled while she pranced around in my head.

'Alright, let's go beat the shit out of our mother.' I growled as I hoisted myself up and ruffled Lua's hair, a grin on my face as I looked at her.

"Maybe your not a bitchy witch, after all." My ex's brown eyes stared into my gray ones, they held pure awe. I turned from Lua to the sounds of angry snarls and a pained whimper.

My eyes glowed brightly, when I saw Jaylik pressing her weight on Asher's chest. I whistled, making both of their heads snap towards me. I grinned as I taunted Jaylik over, my claws grew fully as the older wolf charged.

Asher's Pov-

Blood escaped my mouth as I coughed violently, my eyes never leaving Alex. I must be hallucinating. I growled as I grew out my claws and dug them into my chest.

"Asher what are you doing?!" I ignored Camilo as I continued to cut open my flesh. The green-eyed wolf gripped my wrist with his large hand, making me stop my improvised surgery.

"I have.. to fix my.. lung." I panted as I glared at one of my three best friends, Camilo sighed as released my hand.

"I watch Grey's Anatomy, let me help you." I chuckled at Camilo's quip, before I pointed at the gash I began to make.

"Just make it larger, and take out the rib in my lung." Kitsuni snarled as Camilo quickly enlarged the cut and carefully dug his hand into my chest. I whimpered as I clutched the male werewolf's arm and dug my claws into the muscle, when he touched the wrong organ.

"That's my heart! Go to the right!" I yelped quickly and saw a scared look pass over Camilo's face as he carefully moved his hand.

"Sorry, Sorry.. Okay, I got it." I clenched my fangs tightly, as Camilo began to pull out my rib.

"What are you two doing?!" A breath of pure relief escaped my lips as Camilo's hand left my chest, his hand clutched around my rib.

"Improvised surgery, Professor." I answered the andriod as I moved my eyes back to Alex.

Atta girl. I thought as I watched the Lycan pin down her mother and wrapped her hands around the elder's throat.

Alex's Pov-

I growled down at my mother as my hands wrapped around her neck, a bloody smile on her face.

"What are you waiting for, Alex? Kill me." Gaea spoke as her eyes connected with mine. I sighed at the words as I leaned towards her ear.

"I'm not like you." I whispered as I straighten myself and moved off my mother and towards my friends. Asher and Camilo looked at me for a good minute, making me yelp when they suddenly wrapped their arms around my body and squeezed me between them.

"I missed you guys too."
