Chapter 2

"Well..." said her mom.

"Please mom! I really need this. like BAD!" I say with desperation (A/N big word...) in my voice.

"Let me tell you something, I don't know if you'll be comfortable with it though..." she said nervous which made me nervous.

"Sure... what is it?" I have to make sure to be nice so she will say yes but I'm a little scared now. Did she turn into a striper, druggy, slut? I don't know but I'm scared.

"Well I moved out with Michele and moved in with my Boyfriend Jay. I know you're probably thinking how I found a boyfriend but its a long story." she said truthfully.

"Oh thank the bitch! I thought you were going to say something bad! but I'm happy for you, dads been seeing people too. whatever makes you happy makes me happy." I said with honesty because I meant it.

"YES! I thought you would hate me or something haha. but on that note yes. Yes you can move in with us."

"Thank you so much mommy!"

"Anything for my princesses. what times your fflight when's your fflight"

"Tomorrow at 6:00 am but I land at 10:30 am. Could you pick me up?"

"I can't babe. I work! but I could ask Michele... you remember her right?"

"Yeah a bit?"

"Okay. one second then."

*5 minutes later*

"Alex?"

"Yeah?"

"Okay well Chelly (A/N short for Michele) works too but do you remember her son Austin?"

"Yeah a bit, why?"

"Well he said that he would be willing to pick you up. only if you want to though."

"Yeah! that's sounds great mom." actually amazing. I thought to myself.

"Great well I don't get off tell seven so you and Austin can hang out and he can show you around. he is the same age, he can introduce you to his friends."

"Sounds good mom, thanks again! love you."

"I love you too babe. see you tomorrow."

And with that we exchanged byes and hung up. I am so grateful for my mom and dad and I love them to death but I'm going to miss dad when I leave, obviously.

To be honest I'm nervous to meet Austin and scared at the same time, the last time I saw hhim we were six! that's a while ago... DUH!

I thought maybe I should tell my dad. I think he wants to know, so that's what I do. try and find my dad.

"DAD!" I yell. No answer.

"DADDY?" I yell again a little louder. No answer.

Okay well this is weird. so I call him.

*phone call with Joe.*

"H-h-ello?" He slurs/ stutters.

"Dad? where are you?" I asked worried and scared.

"Out with Nick. What the fuck do you want now?" he says with cruelty in his voice.

"Dad you know what! I'm leaving, I'm moving with mom. I got the ticket. I'm going to aunt Janes. ill call you when I land tomorrow. Bye. love you. btw I thought you were different, change... do it for me dad."

With that I hung up. Tears streaming down my face. I called my aunt to ask her to pick me up at 4 and it's now 3. I have an hour to get 50% of my clothes in a suit case and collect myself. my aunt is like my second mom. she will do anything for me and vice a versa. we love each other and this isn't the first time I asked her to pick me up because dad was drinking. she knows what I'm going through.

* 4 o'clock*

I look outside and saw my Aunt pull up, she honked and I walked outside still crying. she sees me and gets out the car, I drop my stuff in the drive way and she gives me a hug that I needed. we stood there like that for what felt like years but was actually 2 minutes. she said let's go and she grabbed my stuff, she put it in the trunk and she drove to the place she alway takes me to comfort me. Starbucks. the amazing Starbucks. I took out my wallet and got five bucks but she said she'll pay. well okay!

When we were done she drove back to her house. she has a son named Jason and he hates me, a daughter name Lewis and she loves me but she's six... and another son named Marcus, we are like brother and sister. I love him and he's going to be the hardest to say bye too.

My aunt Jane said I can stay the night and that she will drive me to the airport. of course she would, its aunt Jane we are talking about here, she's amazing. When I walked in Jason was sitting on the floor petting the cat Jojo and let me tell you Jason's HOT! anyways i said hi, he didn't answer. I looked at my Aunt Jane as to say im

going upstairs and gave me a nod of approval.

As I was walking up stairs, I heard her say that Jason needs to lighten up, it made me laugh. then I saw Marcuse's room and knocked. he answer and smiled when he saw me, you know what I did? I just broke down, I just balled in his arms while he rubbed my back. after like 6 minutes he took me in his room and we talked. I told him everything and he comforted me, I seriously can't think of a better guy. then I tell him I'm moving and he breaks down. then I break down.

After that sobbing moment we were called for dinner. As I reached the bottom of the stairs, Jason gave me a big warm hug and I hugged back knowing that we are actually getting along. after that I look at the dinner table and saw pizza and Kraft dinner. MY FAVOURITE.

As we were eating, everyone told me how much they will miss me and I will miss then 10x more. after that I went to bed in Marcuse's room and all I could think is, "I love these people."
