Chapter 8.!

"Should I answer it?" My mom asked.

"I think you should, if he gets out of hand ill step in."

So I answered it and put it on speaker.

"Alexa? Don't hang up. we need to talk." my dad says rather frustrated.

"K." I snapped

"Are you with Ashley?"

"Yeah, what's it to you."

"I'm your father."

"You don't act like it."

"That's enough Alex--" I cut him off.

"Alexa" I corrected him.

"Alexa, your stressing me out, you haven't talk to me in a while. you act like you don't love me anymore."

"I being to think that I don't. your draining me emotionally and physically. I'm not ready for this dad. your sapouse to support me, not be drinking and being a fucking idiot."

"Watch your language young lady."

"No. I don't live with you anymore, you can't tell me what to do." I said very sassy.

"I'm still your father and I still care about you."

"Bullshit. if you cared about me, you wouldn't be drinking and being a douche to me."

"It's how I'm copping with me and your mom splitting, with my loneliness."

"Awh pumpkin. how do you think I feel dad. I have no friends down there and get bullied everyday. I was in the worst state ever, you didn't even notice. That hurts Joe."

"Why didn't you say something?" he asked with worry in his voice... for once.

"Because you were never home and always drunk or high."

"That's not true. not all the time."

"Dad are you kidding? your ruining my life dad. get you act together for me and you. do it for mom."

"I can't."

"No, your not willing to. its all to good for you, better then me and mom. better then your life."

"That's not true babe--" I cut him off again.

"Don't you dare call me that. my names Alexa or do you not remember that? I wouldn't be surprised."

"Alexa Janny Smitty, stop it right now."

"She's right. she lives with me now, she's my responsibility. treat her with respect." my mom stepped in.

"Well then take her. I don't want that bitch in my life."

"How dare you say that about your own daughter Joe. She looked up to you. She loved you. You changed it with your stupidity. Stop being a fucking douche bag and make a difference in her life. make her love you again." My mom said.

"That isn't possible mom. you ruined me dad. I don't think you understand."

"Oh I do. your not willing to love me again. I love you and you act like I dont."

"ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME? YOU PUT THIS ON YOURSELF AND I ACT LIKE THAT BECAUSE THAT'S HOW YOU ME ME FEEL. I HATE YOU AND THAT WILL NEVER CHANGE." Now tears were streaming down my face and my mom was trying to comfort me.

"How do you expect me to act different when I know you don't love me? I hate how you make me feel"

"She has been with you since she was 14 and you ruined it. she doesn't want you to be apart of her life. make an effort and it might change." my mom said thoughtfully. she took the words right out of my mouth.

"I hate you Alexa Janny Smitty. I wish you weren't my daughter." okay that hurt. now I'm balling my eyes out.

"You don't mean that." I said in between sobs.

"Oh yeah I do." I'm done. I just got up and walked away. I ran to the bathroom. I heard my mom yell but didn't catch what she said.

2 minute later my mom was banging at the locked bathroom door. I unlocked and told her to come in. I looked at her and just broke down, I feel into her arms and we were just laying down on the bathroom floor. why did he say that? I know he doesn't mean it but it hurts to hear it. like 2 hours later we were still sitting in the bathroom. we heard the front door open and Jay yelled my moms name and I was still crying. he came in and saw me and just gave me a look of worry and he just sat down with us.

"Shh don't cry hun. everything will be okay, we're here now." Jay said and that really made me feel good. he comforted me. my mom whispered something in his ear. whatever she said made him get up and leave.

"Babe we've been sitting here for a while. do you wanna get up now?"

I nodded "can you show me my room? I'm really tired."

She smiled "of course baby." she stood up and helped me get up. we walked down the hall to double doors.

"I already had a room made for you. is that weird?"

"No, it's amazing. thank you." I gave her a hug.

"Open the doors." I did as I'm told.

"Wow." Is all I could say. this place is amazing. its big and purple with black pok a dots on the walls. the bed was a queen and I have my own bathroom and walk in closet.

"We will go shopping for clothes and decorations tomorrow. I have temporary bed sheets but we will get some tomorrow. Sound good?"

"Yeah mom, it sounds amazing. I don't have anymore money. Dad used to make me pay for everything myself."

"Don't be silly. I will pay for everything. it's the least I can do."

"Thank you mom. for everything, it means a lot to me."

"I love you. this is what I need to do."

"I love you too mom. your so much more supportive then dad has ever been."

"Good, well I'm going to go to bed. Ill see you tomorrow. be ready for a good day. the sheets are in your closet. have a good sleep. I love you." my mom said so easy and calm. man I missed her.

"You too, and I love you as well. your amazing." I gave her a big hug and she closed the doors when she left. I can't wait until tomorrow. I should text Austin. ill call Marcus after I'm out with mom. I am still kind of mad but ill get over it.

To: That sexy guy.

Hey, I hope you have fun on tour. goodnight and nice contact name Austin, I like it ;)

And 3 seconds later he replied.

I hope so too and sleep tight. well you out yours as 'My Bitch.' it's kind of funny ;)

***Austins POV***

I like her, a lot.
