Chapter 15

*BRODIE'S P.O.V*

Eww mornings I hate you. I rolled over to look at my clock 8am. Still to fucking early. I thought to myself as I rolled back over. Not long after Mum walked in. "Get the fuck up." She said throwing a dress. Today is my Aunt's wedding. I'm a flower girl in the wedding. I didn't want everyone knowing so I said i was grounded. Don't judge me I don't wear dresses and I didn't want anyone seeing me in one. The only people who have seen me in a dress is Lora, Hannah and Daria it was in play group and I was 3. 

Sharni hasn't seen me because I know she will say something. I have seen her in dresses but she doesn't mind as mush as me. I looked at the dress. It was a light peachy colour. That was laced with three quarter sleeves. I also had matching pearl earrings and necklace to go with it. For shoes I had black wedges. I must say it was really pretty but not my style. 

"You ready yet gorgeous?" My Dad said walking into my room looking at what I was wearing. "Dad why do I have to be a flower girl! I'm 16!" I said sitting on my bed. "I can tell your pissed off." Dad said sitting next to me. "No shit sherlock." I said looking at him. He gave me a stern look and I apologized.

"Does it look like I want to go?" Dad said standing up showing me his tux. "Nope....YOU HAVE TO GO THOUGH SHE'S YOUR SISTER!" I said waving my arms about. "Shes your Aunty." Dad said shaking me. "True, true." I said giving him a hug. 

My Dad and me have an okay relationship. We fight but in the long run I love him.

"We don't have all day now hurry up!" Mum yelled closing the door and starting the car. "Come on lets go and embarrass ourselves." Dad said taking my hand. 

*AFTER THE WEDDING*

Well that was stupid. I thought sitting down on a chair. Right now I'm at the after party of my aunties wedding. We are at the 'cute' church just out of Glenroy. "Dad can we go?"I questioned as my family joined me at the table. "NO BRODIE WE CAN'T!" Mum yelled "didn't ask you" I muttered. 

"We can't leave there are still some guest that need to come." Dad said signing he really wasn't enjoying this. "Who?" I questioned taking a sip of my Arizon tea. "We don't know. Your aunt said it's her friend her children that's all." Dad said. I wonder. 

*LUKE'S P.O.V*

FML. "Mum I don't want to go!" I screamed like an immature child. "Luke Anthony Mark Brooks hurry up we are already late." Mum yelled walking out the door. "Come on Lukey Pookey!" Jai said grabbing me cheeks. "Why do we have to go? Why doesn't Beau?" I questioned. "Because Beau isn't here is he?" Jai said treating me like I'm 'special'. "Boy now!" Mum yelled from outside. 

Today I have to go to my mums friends wedding. I don't want to obviously I don't even know her! "It will be fun don't worry." Jai said cheerfully. "Some days boy I just want to slam your head into the wall over there." I said pointing to our bedroom wall. "Feelings mutual" Jai said patting me on the back. We walked outside to see our Mum waiting in the car looking mad. Probably because we are already late and can only now make it to the 'after party'. "You done?" Mum asked turning on the engine. "Lol no wait I forgot something." I said sarcastically. "To bad!" Mum said speeding off down the road. 

We arrived at this small church outside of Glenroy. "Hurry boys!" Mum said getting out the car. We walked in to see a lot of unfamiliar faces. "Gina!" I girl screamed who I presume is the bride. 

"Penny Pooh" My Mum squealed. "These are my boys" Mum said pointing to myself and Jai "Sup" Penny said trying to 'act cool' "Hey!" Jai said putting on his 'gay voice' "Hello" I said giving her a hug. "So over there is were you sit. Which is not that far away from my brother, sister in-law, nephew and niece."  Penny said pointing into a north direction. "Okay thanks lovely" Mum said leading us to our table.
