"Jimin is innocent."

Dear Naeun

Mom visited Dad and I got to see her again. She had this haughty expression on her face, and I felt like something bad was going to happen. Jimin had come out from his room a few days ago, but he was still ignoring me. It didn't bother me, because I was too occupied to find out what exactly Taehyung did. Who he killed and how.

The entry had suddenly stopped and the paragraph on the next page suddenly started with my name.

Sarang,

two days ago I told you to be careful. I told you about Taehyung's past and the fact how he became like this. Stay away from him.

I repeat, if you ever read this, stay away from Taehyung. Also, watch out for Yoongi. Even though I pretend to act normal around them, keep in mind that those two are linked to each other.

Dad cannot be trusted either.

A shiver ran down my spine when I flipped back to the previous one. Naeun didn't warn me like she had stated in here. There was no sign that she was telling me that Taehyung was dangerous in her previous entry. To be exact, she never described how Taehyung actually killed someone. Did she made that up? Did she become crazy?

I frowned. What's this? If she is about to say that she was joking all along, I will go crazy.

My heart jumped when I heard someone yell my name. The journal dropped from my lap on the ground as I stood up and looked into his direction. It was Jimin. He ran up to me with a smile, before his eyes trailed down at the journal.

Swiftly picking it up from the ground, he patted the dust off and smirked, his eyes not leaving the cover.

"You're reading it?" He asked. I nodded and looked at the journal. "Are you surprised?"

I frowned and looked at him confused. "What do you mean?"

He snorted and opened the journal, flipping the pages. "About Taehyung."

I twitched and stayed silent.

"You must have read it by now how Taehyung really is. Are you still choosing him over me, baby?" He asked, narrowing his eyes at me.

I opened my mouth and looked at him astonished. I didn't know what to say. In fact, I don't even know how Taehyung is, only that he has killed someone. But it was too early to assume him as a murderer.

"I have. I'm not choosing anyone." I shot back. Jimin frowned and threw the journal on the ground.

"Hey!" I yelled, but Jimin smirked. Coming closer, he snaked his arms around my waist and pulled me against him. Caught off guard, I pushed him off, but he was strong. His face was close and I felt disgusted. What is he doing?

"What does Taehyung have that you like him so much?" He hissed into my ear. I struggled and pushed against his shoulders. He really didn't budge. "Hmmm?"

I scrunched my nose. "I never said I liked anyone." I hissed against him. "LET GO!"

He shook his head and his breath was close against my neck. Panicked, I looked around, but didn't seem to see someone who could help me.

"You know Taehyung is dangerous, right? You know that Naeun chose me because she can't keep up with Taehyung, right?" He continued.

His voice was suffocating. There was so much hate and vain that made me scared.

I pulled back and stared him in the eyes. "More like you pushed her to date you. I know she rejected you and liked Taehyung all along."

Upon hearing my statement, Jimin's jaw clenched and he let out a low breath. Anger was written on his face and he looked down at me in a threatening way. "She was mine all along. She lied in her journal in order to fool her dad. You know that her Dad was reading all of her entries." Jimin growled.

I shook my head and looked at him angrily. "No, why would she?"

"Because your Dad was obsessed with Taehyung. She wanted him to focus on Taehyung, instead of the other members. That's why she was only writing about Taehyung's past in her journal. She was sacrificing Taehyung to protect the others."

I narrowed my eyes and gritted my teeth. "That's nonsense. She never wrote anything about his past."

Jimin scoffed and rolled his eyes, before bending down to pick up the journal. Without saying anything, he flipped through the pages and stopped at the last entry I read from her. His index finger was placed next to a slight tear in the middle of the journal. "You never noticed this? Your Dad tore a few entries from her journal. He knew after Naeun's suicide, someone would find her journal. So, he tore out the pages and wanted to hide Taehyung's past from everyone."

"Well, you speak as if you know Taehyung's past, while he tore it out before you could read it. What is your relationship with Taehyung exactly?"

He scoffed again, as if he thought I was being ridiculous over an obvious thing. He stepped closer and looked hard at me. "Close enough to know what I have to know about him, unlike you who is falling for him without knowing how he really is."

"Nonsense."

"Think whatever you want babe. Sooner or later, you will realize that you have been wrong the entire time. And then..." He lowered his head and our faces were only a few inches apart. "Don't think I will come and save you. Getting over a heartbreak means nothing to me now."

I gulped, and he pulled back. "Careful, my Sarang."he mocked, while clacking his tongue with a sly grin and stepping back. I snorted and shook my head.

"Your tricks won't work with me. I won't be like Naeun and choose you over him."

Jimin smirked and shook his head. "As you wish. Oh!" He broke into a creepy smile. "Did I also mention the fact that Jungkook and you look cute together?"

Confused, I stared at him. What's that supposed to mean?

"I saw you two near the river banks, last night." Jimin slyly added. A strange feeling caught up in my throat and I hissed under my breath.

"What's your point?" I asked.

"Just that Jungkook will get a rough road ahead of him."

"What do you mean? He's healed!"

Smacking his lips, he hushed me with a smile. "Not, if Taehyung knows..."
