"Babbbbyyy.." Luke whined, sitting on Michael's chest. He pouted, wanting Michael to wake up.
"Stay right there, you look really cute." Michael whispered, and pulled his phone from his back pocket, taking a picture of Luke's pouting face.
"What do you wanna do today, babe?" Michael asked, and Luke shrugged. "What are the options?" Luke asked, and Michael sighed.
"Not many considering there's a huge storm cloud moving our way." Michael said, and Luke groaned. "Why is it storming so much all of a sudden?" He asked, and pouted again.
"I don't know, but I want you to feel safe. Do you wanna stay in here or get in the car before it's too late?" Michael asked, seeing raindrops already start to fall down outside.
"Car." Luke whispered, and stood up, not liking how vicious the waves sounded. Michael secured the hammock behind a big rock, and took Luke's hand, leading him out into the now heavy rain.
Luke stopped running, and Michael looked back at him. Luke looked up at the dark sky, and then back at Michael, both of them drenched now. Luke grabbed Michael's face, and kissed him. He felt his fears disappear momentarily as he was too caught up in the moment to realize the cracks of thunder around him.
When he pulled back, he smiled, giving no explanation before grabbing Michael's hand, and proceeding to run to the car.

They ended up booking a hotel room, not wanting to drive in all of the rain.
Luke sat on one of the two beds, looking out of the big window while Michael showered. He played with the towel around his shoulder as he just stared at absolutely nothing.
He was so consumed in his thoughts that he didn't even hear the bathroom door open. He didn't know there were tears streaming down his face, and he didn't know why he felt so angry all of a sudden.
He flinched when Michael touched him, wanting to be by himself.
"Luke, what's wrong?" Michael asked, feeling his mood drop. If Luke isn't happy, Michael isn't happy.
"I just need to be alone for a second." Luke said, and moved to the other bed, laying with his back facing Michael.
Luke couldn't be in love. There was no way. He promised himself he was never gonna fall in love. It was too much drama, and too much to deal with. But he couldn't spend a minute alone without missing Michael. Luke felt like Michael was a part of him. A better part.
He hated himself for going against everything he's ever said. He turned into one of the people he always made fun of. He always believed love was nothing but a big joke. Now he's kissing in the rain, and holding hands, and caring for someone more than he even cares for himself.
"Luke, I'm really worried about you." Michael said after about ten minutes of Luke laying silently on the opposite bed.
"I'm in love with you." Luke cried, not wanting to face Michael.
The black haired boy stood up, and walked over to Luke. He sat behind him, and tried to get Luke to sit up. When Luke was finally in his lap, he held the boy so tight so he couldn't get away.
"Luke- Luke, it's okay," Michael said, but Luke shook his head quickly.
"It's not. I always told myself I wouldn't fall in love. It hurts too much. I-I'm scared. I don't want to think about being without you, but I never thought I would love you. I never thought I could love you, and it happened so fast that I couldn't even stop myself." Luke sobbed.
Michael held Luke's head to his shoulder, letting him cry it out.
"It's okay, Luke. I love you. Believe me, I know it's scary to need someone, but I'm not gonna hurt you. I am so in love with you. I don't even want to think about hurting you." Michael said, kissing Luke's forehead, letting his lips linger there for a bit longer.
"You can't love me." Luke said, and shook his head.
"Too bad, I already do." Michael said, and Luke let his head drop, as he sobbed into his hands.
"No. Michael- I'm awful. You deserve so much more than me." Luke said, and Michael held Luke's head up.
"You know what I think?" Michael said, and Luke dried up his tears for a second, wanting to listen to Michael.
"You may not want to hear this, but I think when you went out selling yourself to people, you were trying to find some kind of love. I think you got tired of waiting for it to find you." Michael said, and Luke sniffled, believing what he said.
"I'm so glad I found you." Michael whispered, kissing Luke's lips softly.
