After about four more rounds of sex, Luke and Michael were laying by the ocean. Michael's arms held Luke so close as if he would run away if he let go.

"Michael, I love you so much." Luke whispered, watching the waves crash around them.

"I love you, Luke." Michael said back.

"I never thought I would be this close to someone, but looking back, my life was hell without you. I really need you, ya know? I really, really need you." Luke said, and Michael smiled, kissing Luke's forehead.

"Well, I'm not going anywhere. And I need you just as much as you need me. You make me happy." Michael said, and Luke snuggled closer to Michael, keeping their legs tangled.

Luke couldn't believe where his life is. He is laying on a beach with the love of his life, never wanting to go back to Australia. He never wanted this moment to end. He made himself promise that he would never fall in love again. He betrayed himself, and he's beyond happy that he did.

Michael also couldn't believe how far he is. He's holding Luke Hemmings, a past prostitute who never thought anyone could love him. He doesn't want to picture his life without Luke. He can't because he knows no matter what happens, Luke will always be in his life. He can't stand to lose him. His depression is the least of his worries when Luke is the center of his attention.

They laid there, legs tangles, hands together, hearts beating in time.
