A day after Lauren's breakdown.

'The Unwelcome'

Ally sat with the brunette sprouting across her lap as soft snores escaped her mouth. The older girl sat still in distress and tangled her hands through the green eyed girl's lock as she slept. Ally was concerned, frantically worried about the younger one laying on her lap. Her breakdown was astonishing too Ally, frightening her full gold of a heart. She was never use too seeing Lauren so emotional, no one has.

Ally denied the idea of sleep. She felt disastrous at the thought of falling asleep and Lauren waking up and starting too cry again. That's whats been happening, Lauren waking up afraid the the brown eyed girl left her their by herself, in the state of mine she is in.

Lauren was distraught in her rest. She couldn't fall into a deep slumber because her mind wasn't at peace. Her thought were running marathons of old memories with Y/n, thinking of what Y'/n had done and why she's this way now, why shes so quiet and illuminated. It all felt like a bad nightmare for Lauren and she had no idea what may be thrown at her next.

Lauren's face slowly begun too scrunch up as she felt the tears drifting into her eyes. Her mind manifesting many negative memories and thoughts that'll surge her too push herself over the edge again, too cry again.

Ally felt the brunette grasp onto the ends of her black shorts dangling just below her knees, gripping it profusely near her chest as she took shaky breaths. Ally knew what it meant, Lauren's body shaking under her touch and a few sniffles coming along right after. She was crying, for the sixth time this night.

Ally's eyes softened in sympathy, pulling Lauren into her chest and hugging her closely. She tried too contain herself, she tried too obtain all the negative adrenaline running throughout her body. But it had too much strength over her already. Lauren wanted too pull on her hair and open her mouth too scream, too scream away the demons that were having fun in her head, taunting her.

But she couldn't, she wouldn't. It'll only wake up the girls and let them find out were the horrible screeching was coming from. Her mind was like a projector screen rewinding all the moments she shared with Y/n, and it only made her want too scream more.

Lauren roughly grabbed two hand fulls of her hair and leans upwards in her seat, leaving a good space between her and Ally. Her eyes were clenching together as she begun too mumble words under her breath. "Make it stop, make it stop.."

Ally immediately sat up besides the younger girl when she heard her voice, wrapping her arm around her shoulder and trying too pull her close but Lauren didn't budge. Lauren eyes twinkled at the moonlight when she begun too open them running her hands through her hair as she begun too open her mouth too scream.

But nothing came out.

Her body shook rapidly but no sound escaped her mouth. It was silent. Once she was finished Ally looked at her with concerning eyes wondering what was going on in her mind. "Lo?"

Lauren's eyes closed as she begun too cry again. "Please just make it stop."

Ally's eyebrows furrowed in confusion as she eyed the younger besides her. "Make what stop?" Lauren didn't respond right away. She sat in thought of escape not knowing the correct words too share with the older girl. She looked up Ally with a tearful of the eyes.

"The pain." Lauren says quietly. Ally eyes begun too water staring down the green eyed girls condition, seeing the state of frailness in her puffy red eyes. Her eyes weren't even the same color as she was use too they were dull and faded the color of gray. In Ally's eyes this whole situation was heartbreaking. "I cant really do that Lo.." Lauren tilts her head downward in defeat.

"But you can talk too me and tell me whats wrong?" Ally offers rubbing the younger girls back supportingly. She watching Lauren's body rise up and down as she took a deep breath.

"I miss my Y/n." She whispers, Ally raises her eyebrow suggestively thinking of a way too lighten up the mood. "Ah hah! So you admit that you do so still like Y/n?"a small smile appears on Lauren's lips as she looks up at her best friend and rolls her eyes. "Yes Ally. I do still like Y/n."

Lauren doesn't hear a response from the petite girl, instead hears a siren of squeals as Ally jumps up and down in her seat. "I knew it!" She fist pumps and pats herself on the back. Lauren raises her eyebrow amused at her best friend's antics.

"That is why I kissed her in the mall." Lauren mumbles barely audible as she thinks about what happened. Not thinking Ally heard she saw Ally's mouth hanging low at the jaw-dropping news.

"Wait you kissed her?" Ally asks. Lauren whips at her dried up tears and nods her head slowly. Ally gasps and stands up too her feet quickly. Lauren watches the girls face show the upraise of confusion and shocked. Her face then scrunches up as she hits Lauren in the arm hardly. Lauren instantly feels the pain shoot through her arm and she stands up vastly in front of Ally.

"Ow!" She yelled/whispered. "Why did you hit me?!" Lauren glares at the older girl waiting for an apology but Ally just starts too rant. "Why didn't you tell us you kissed her first?!"

Lauren squints her eyes and looks her dumbfounded raising one hand mid-tone too her chest. "Because no one asked?"

Ally sighs frustratingly and runs her hand threw her hair. "We've all been ignoring her because we thought she kissed you not the opposite way around." Lauren only shrugs. "Y'all need too stop assuming then." Ally glares at her before pacing around the room. "And Camila's so heart broken because she thinks Y/n kissed you."

"Good." Lauren pipes. Ally scoffs and stares at her band-mate annoyed. "What?" Lauren raises her hands too the side clueless. "Did you forget Camila is one of your best friends and also you're ex girlfriend?" Ally quizzes but Lauren shakes her head in denial.

"Technically she wasn't my girlfriend.. We just had sex.." She trails off. Ally gasps and hits her in the arm again. "Ow again!" She exclaims rubbing her forearm. "Lauren!" All yells making Lauren look up too her defensively. "I'm sorry its the truth!"

"Besides when it comes too Y/n with me and Camz. You all know how we get around her, it's every mans game. The last one standing is the winner." Lauren explains but Ally wasn't having it. "So you hurt your best friend by kissing Y/n. Just so you can 'win'?" Lauren shakes her head slowly.

"See when you put it that what it makes me look like a-"

"A royal ass i know." Ally interrupts and Lauren nods her head slowly. "This game will never end until Y/n picks one of us." Ally sighs and nods her head subtly. "I know. But we all need too let the girls know Y/n is innocent so Camila can act like herself." Lauren nods sadly, the browned eyed girl notices. "And so you can talk to Y/n and share your feelings." Ally adds. Lauren nods smiling slightly.

"It's 7am we need too go get some rest." Ally suggest. Lauren nods quickly and lays back down on the couch with Ally following. Lauren holds her arms out for Ally too come into so they can cuddle and she does. Once the two girls are comfortable they close their eyes.

"Goodnight Lo."

"Thank you Ally." Lauren whispers before falling asleep.
