"Hi honey, how was your anniversery?" Even my mom remembered and I didn't! "It went..."

"Good presume?" She raises an eyebrow, she loves Mason.

"Great" I smile It did go good. Just the morning after didnt go so well...

"Can we talk Mom?" I ask "Of course!"

I explain the whole morning to her and by the end I'm in tears. "Honey, it's okay." she assures. "He still loves you, I know it." He could murder me, and she'd still say he still loves me!

"Breakfast?" She has a bowl of yogurt with fruit in it on the table and points to it. #bestmomever "Thanks mom" "Anytime. I have to get to work, so, if you go anywhere text me. I'll call if I have to work late." "Okay. Thanks." She smiles and grabs her things, "He'll come around she says as she opens the door. "I hope so." She shuts the door and leaves.

*Buzz Buzz Buzzzzz*

My phone vibrates. It's Mason.

"Hello?"

"Beth!"

"That's my name."

"Let me explain."

"Shoot."

"We broke up before you and I started dating. We were best friends, and still are. We call each other 'Babe' as a joke. And I was having her help me plan me proposing to you."

"Okay."

"Yes."

I could hear his eyes pleading.

"Is that a yes?!"

"Yes."

He screams and shouts and by the end of his 'happy dance' he's crying. And so am I.

"Can I come over?"

"Sure"

I'm still mad. And he's gonna get it when he gets here.

I stand with my arms crossed.

"Bethy?" he isn't sure what to say. Good.
