Just add water

I get up and check my phone.

7:00

My class is at 9:00 so I have 3 hours. I get out of bed and go to the kitchen. I pick out an English muffin and pop it in the toaster.

"Morning Lovely" Mason emerges from the room.

"Mmm" I say back

"Excited for your first class?"

"It's technically not my first class, it's my second. But it's my first time in this class. I have all these STUPID medical shits."

I explain and Mason rolls his eyes.

"Wateves"

He gets the butter out and spreads it on my English muffin, takes a bite, and pecks me on the cheek.

We both sit at the table.

"Mason?" I ask

"Yeah?"

"When are we getting married?"

His eyes light up, "Whenever you want!"

"Okay." I finish my breakfast and go back to his room and get myself ready for my class.

"Ahem!" Mason clears his throat when I'm about to leave

"What?" I ask. He points to his cheek and makes kissy noises. I peck his cheek and get in my car.

An hour and 45 minutes later I pull up to Mason's house and mumble to myself "That was so boring."

He strides out the front door with his arms crossed and a smirk plastered on his face. I can feel my cheeks heat up.

"How was it?" "Boringggggggggg"

He kisses me and wraps his hand around my waist as we walk to his door. but before we go in he stops "Bethany?"

"What?"

"Do you love me, like actually enough that you would start a life with me?"

He looks at me with puppy dog eyes...
