"Your free to go!" Jane beamed as she walked in, "Just need to take these twice a day!" "Really? Thanks!"

"Hey, wanna put your number in my phone?" Jane asked, "yea, you put your number in mine too!"

We exchanged numbers, I got dressed, said goodbye to Jane, and went home.

"Hi mom..."

"Bethany!" My mom ran up to me and hugged me. The nearest hospital was far away, so I told my mom not to visit, she gets lost easily.

"So....?" She asks "It was a side affect of the antidepressants. I have to take these twice a day." I held up the bottle and then put it on the kitchen counter.

"I'm glad you're okay." "Me too."

"So where is Mason?" My heart thumped and I remembered what called me last night. I had to figure this out.

"He went home." I said "Okay, well I took the morning off of work to see you when you came home, I got to leave in like ten minutes. I'll go get ready, you watch some TV." "Yeah"

"Bye I love you!" "Bye Mom!"

As soon as her car left the driveway I whipped out my phone and called Mason.

It rang three times before someone picked up:

"Hello?" They said

"Mason?"

"No, this is his girlfriend, Mereideth."

"Oh, well, uhm"

My heart dropped

"Can you tell him I called?"

"Who are you?"

"His friend,"

"Name?"

"Beth."

"Sure, bye"

She hung up and I threw my phone across the room and layed in my bed, sobbing.

"HE SAID GE WOULDN'T FUCKING HURT ME AGAIN, THT LYING PEIC E OF SH-"

Ding dong

The doorbell rrang

I got up to go answer it, not caring what I look like at this point.

"Bethany?"

"Ma-Mason?"
