"Fuck you." I say low enough for only the four us to hear, I grab my phone and backpack and storm out of that room. I just needed some time to cool off, and besides my next class is in five minutes but I don't really need to be in stain glass I'll cool down and wait for Orchestra.
I walk down to the candy shop right down the road from the school and deiced to call my manager Danny and try to see if I could weasel out the secret.
"Hey Lauren what's up? Aren't you supposed to be in school?! What's wrong??" Danny starts to panic on the other line,
"Nothing, nothing at all Danny, but I did have some time on my hands till my next class." I say popping in an m&m in my mouth "So I was wondering if you could spill the bea-"
"Ohhhh no no Lauren this is a big surprise the guys wanted to keep it that way." "ThE GUyS?!" I screech with a voice crack. "Ahh shit." He says "Well since I fucked that up Lauren on June 27th two days after your birthday you're officially going to be a member of o2l!!" He yells.
"Wait the all guys group? That has Jc, Kian, Sam, Ricky, Connor, and Trevor?! Are you serious like dead serious all those guys are ten times more known than I am! Fuck even Trevor and he's a baby!"
"Yes yes Lauren but they came up with this idea you will have a blast trust me" He says calming me down. "Okay" I reply taking a deep breath "Thank you at least for telling me, even if it was an accident." I laugh, "Anytime" I laugh and hang up the phone.
I automatically start to get exited, 'I've watched these guys on Youtube before I decided to start, they are the whole reason I am were I am now.' I think to myself smiling. I walk back to school and now I had 5 minutes to get to orchestra, I quickly throw my candy in my backpack and regret it. I walked past the bathrooms and thought to maybe do it, just shove my fingers down my throat as I was walking into the bathrooms someone grabbed me.
"We're you going we got orchestra in 2 minutes and Jones will be pissed if you're late again." Aj says grabbing my arm. I trudge along next to her in the flood of students aging to 14 - 18. We grab our violins and sit down in any empty seats next to each other, Aj sets down her binder filled with music and takes a deep breath turning towards me
"Why?" she say's in a soft voice almost to were I couldn't hear her.
"Here take these candies." I say shoving the left over candy I bought which was basically all of it totally dodging the question.
She grabs them knowing that if she didn't they would just be thrown in the trash, "Lauren why?" She repeats
"Shh we're tuning." I say picking up my violin and softly playing my A string. She just scoffs and starts to play.
