Just recently, Grace, Luis, Marco and Maddox decided to stop by Detective and Professor Ace's office about X and some other things about Criminal Justice. They also decided to drag me along, just for fun. I mentally scowled my right hand in Luis's and my left hand in Maddox's. The two boys were whistling, smirking at my annoyance.

Grace entered the room first, her eyes set on the desk that Detective Ace had scattered his notes on X. She plopped down in the seat, pulling out three pictures of the killer. He was without a cloak one, red eyes bright and a smirk. He posed three times for the picture, which seemed all a little too peculiar for a killer. "What are you all doing in my office?" A voice spoke in confusion, entering the room. We all turned to Detective Ace, who was standing there with a file in his hand.

"We'd like to help you," Maddox grinned slowly. "There's nothing wrong about that, is there?" The detective nodded, pulling out some of his notes, handing them to us. I walked over to his computer monitor, which seemed to be malfunctioning. I leaned over, tapping a few of the computer keys before allowing the computer to load. The computer stopped glitching, resulting in a video popping up.

"Aw. Why such a spoil sport, Artemis? Haha, so I can predict the future!" X's face popped up on the screen, grinning at us. "Anyway, good job with the fixing. Hi Paul, how has life been?" Detective Ace's face scrunched up in annoyance while X snickered. "This isn't live, so you can't talk to me and ask questions anyway. Mmm, I've got a class to attend. Ta-ta!" The boy disappeared on the screen, smirking at the rest of us.

"Darn that stupid boy!" Detective Ace groaned, banging his head on the table.

"Oh yeah, and I'm not stupid." X's face popped up on the screen. He blew a kiss and disappeared again.

Detective Ace covered his face with his hands, sighing in annoyance. "Is there a reason why you are on this case against X?"

"Yes," the detective sighed, pulling out a photograph of a young girl with jet-black hair and icy blue eyes. "One of my friend's daughters. My friends were killed, and she disappeared. Her name is Anastasia." I paled in knowledge of my real name, playing with my fingers nervously. "I reckon X killed her, but her body has not been found."

"I-Detective," I swallowed, placing my hand on the mahogany desk. "What would you do if she were alive? If you knew her, but if she were under an alias?" The detective's gaze shot up, his hazel eyes bright.

He stood up, wrapping his arms around me in a hug. "Anne?" I nodded mutely, tears streaming down my eyes, staining my porcelain cheeks. "H-how?" I sighed, turning to my friends, who were all looking at me in confusion- except Maddox.

"All, my real name is Anastasia Lexington, the missing girl. I went missing many years ago and here I am now, with a new identity, as Artemis Sirocco. I went into hiding away for my safety, so that I would not have to face the safe fate my parents have gotten." Maddox rolled his eyes, crossing his arms.

"Now, Annie? Really?" I shrugged, knowing that my secret was out, and that I could trust everyone to keep it. The bell rang, my friends off before they could pelt me with questions. I sighed, turning to leave with them when I felt a hand on my shoulder.

"Just a quick question, Anne." I nodded, shuffling nervously. "Do you know who X is?" I shook my head furiously, a bit worried about Alexei.

"I do have an intuition though. Sleep lightly tonight. I feel that X will reveal himself soon." The detective sighed, giving me one last hug before dismissing me. I walked down the hallway alone to my Math Analysis class, the only class I liked. "Best of luck, Alexei. I wish you the best tonight." I murmured softly to myself, entering my math class just as the bell rang. I zoned out the entire class, a sense of worry about what was going to happen tonight.

Wow. So now they know. It seems that Detective Ace seems to relate to Artemis a bit. I'm curious myself... what do you think is going to happen that night?
