2 - Sleepover

~ Your POV ~ Friday Afternoon ~
I looked back into the bag to make sure I was ready for anything.
~
Toothbrush and toothpaste? Check. Hairbrush? Check. Extra set of clothes? Check.
~
Once I finished checking everything, I headed downstairs and greeted my dad. "Hi appa, I'm going to leave for the sleepover soon." "Ok sweetie. Have fun but not too much fun." I chuckled. "Ok appa." I grabbed a snack and started walking towards their dorm. Once I got there, I knocked on the door, creating a familiar beat so they would know it was me. The door was opened and I was greeted by my best friend. "Vernon!" I smiled warmly and he hugged me tight. He looked at me and smiled. "I miss you (Y/n)!" He lead me inside and caressed my hair. I could feel my face flushing again.

"Already? You guys just saw me a few days ago." He pulled me in for a hug again. "But I'm starting to care about you more." He released and said, "Like my own sister." I smiled.

Vernon was honestly a brother to me. Being an only child, I had to make friends myself. He was the first person I met when I moved to Korea since he knew how to speak English. We became closer and closer and he introduced me to his members. Even though he was busy practicing and working, I was still able to support him. We loved each other as family and he was my new big brother. Protective, caring and loving.

"Thanks oppa." I said breaking the hug. But the skin ship didn't end. Once we released he held on to my hand, intertwining our fingers. I didn't mind though, we usually do this. But recently he's been doing it a lot. It might have been normal though. I often quite enjoy it too.

We started walking towards the practice room where everyone was. "(Y/n)!" Everyone said. "Hi!" I waved with my free hand. Everyone looked at my other hand to see that it was holding Vernon's. "Ooh~" everyone said. Everyone except Dino.
~
I smiled cheekily and Vernon blushed.
This was the first time we held hands in front of the members.
~
We sat done in the middle of he room where everyone else was. "(Y/n)-ah!" I heard. I turned to face Hoshi. "Are you two dating?" He asked. I smiled and shook my head. "Ahh.." He lowered his head in dismay and turned back to DK, giving him cash like they were betting on something. I turned to face Vernon listening to Mingyu, Wonwoo, and Woozi. "Do you like her?" Asked Woozi. "Do you think she's the one?" Mingyu asked. "Can I be your best man?" Wonwoo asked. I rolled my eyes and tried to see if anyone wanted to talk about something else but my "relationship" with Vernon.

Then I turned to see Dino, in the corner of the room, staring at me. I walked over to him, and he just looked down. "Are .. You really dating?" He asked softly. "No." I said. He looked at me with eyes full of hope. "We're just bestfriends." "Ahh.." He said. "You and hyung make a good couple.." He said shyly. "Heh. Thanks I guess." I leaned against the mirror next to him. "Why would you think that though?" I said. "Because you're always around each other. He feeds you, takes care of you, and sometimes you even go home with him. It's like you're dating or something." He explains. "Listen," I start. I face him and he looks up, paying attention. "Vernon and I are bestfriends, nothing else. He was the first one I've met when I moved to Korea, so it's like he's my brother. Do you get it?" "Yeah." He said. "Please don't tell anyone." "Why though?" "They might think I'm making up a story or something. Drama happens." "Ahh, I see. Don't worry. You can trust me" I smiled at him and we walked towards the group of people who were now staring at us. "So, what do you want to do?" I asked. "Let's dance to girl group songs." I heard Hoshi say. "Ok!" I took out my phone and played and searched for a song. "Ooh! I got a song." Hoshi said, and walked towards me. He leaned in and whispered, "I dare you to do something cheesy to Vernon. And play 'Rough' by GFriend." "Ok." I decided to play along, this would be fun. I played the song and was about to sit next to Vernon and said "Hey Vernon can you hold this for me?" I pretended to dig through my pocket and he said "Yeah, sure." And held out his hand, his palm facing upwards. I took out my hand so it was in a fist and placed it above Vernon's hand. I opened my palm, but there was nothing inside. Instead I wrapped my fingers around his and smirked at him. "Two can play that game.." I heard him whisper. Right after that, everyone was cooing. "AWWW ~" I gestured Hoshi to go to the front and do his act. The music finally got to the chorus and Hoshi perfectly danced to the girls group song.

"What do you want to dance to next?" I asked, holding my phone. "CHEER UP!" I heard everyone say. "Okay, which people?" "YOU AND VERNON!" Everyone said. Vernon and I locked gazes. I gestured him to come towards me and he obeyed. I whispered, "Wanna play a trick?" And smirked.

A/N - Hiii!!! I wanted to make this chapter longer, and the plot is rising. Hehehehe...
