My Life

Part 1

"Pia get up baby , you will be late for school" I was trying to wake my life for the past half and hour , But she is one stubborn child.

"Mamma paanch minute aul (5 more minutes)" she was chanting it for every 5 minutes.

"OK don't wake up I'll only eat all the parathas for the breakfast then....you have your beauty sleep."

"No mamma I want parathas.... I'll wake up like a good girl and go to school" she got up quickly from her bed and left to get ready.

I followed her to help her get ready.

At table "mamma these are so good....yummy.... I love you....."my baby was babbling and enjoying her breakfast while her mamma was admiring her.

She is the most gorgeous kid with her chubby cheeks, toothy smile, cute nose, rosy lips, cute little hands, long hair, she was looking adorable in that school uniform. I think every mother thinks the same about their kids.

I dropped her at school and left for my work. I am a dentist, I work in a small clinic owned by an old arrogant man, I'm a junior doctor there . My salary is not too good considering the work I do but I don't have any other option because no one wants a single mom to serve them and I don't have enough money to open my own clinic.

"Avantika Verma , you are 15 minutes late how can you be so irresponsible, sorry........ actually you are irresponsible because you never value the help I gave you, this job . Who would give a job to a disgraceful women like you." He was barking at me.

His words did sting me but I cannot lose the job it's my last hope for income.

"Sorry sir I'll never repeat it again and I'm really grateful towards you for the help."

"Then prove it to me" he said with something in his voice which I got afraid of.

"Sorry I didn't get you sir.."

"You said you are grateful, then prove it to me." he said with a smirk.
I was not liking this......but still I wanted to know his intentions to clear the doubt and reduce the fear that was building.

"How sir?"

"Oh Avantika don't be so naive you do know what I mean." then he placed his arm over my shoulder "let's go inside to my office.... there no one will disturb us."

I panicked and shrugged his hand off my shoulder and tried to run away.

But he was too quick and grabbed my arms.

"Sir please leave me, don't do this, I beg you"I cried.
"Why are you crying this is not new for you right, you have a very beautiful daughter without a husband in your life and we do know how a baby comes into this world, don't we Avantika......now stop struggling let's finish this quick before anyone comes, I have been waiting for this movement from the day you have entered my clinic......you don't know how crazy I get on seein..ahhhhhh"

I kicked him in his family jewels and ran from there.

I never thought he was having such thoughts about me, for God's sake he was my dad's age.

I took a bus to my house.
I was crying like a mad woman, in bus everyone was staring me, "why God , why me" I thought.
After a while the bus reached my stop I got down and sat in a park near my house and cried.

At this time I remembered my parents how they used to protect me from this evil world. I miss them a lot , I never thought I would become this lonely....
While pouring my heart out I felt a hand on my shoulder, I panicked and looked at the owner of the hand and was shocked to the core I never thought I would ever see him again, I blinked my eyes twice but he was still there standing right infront of me with longing in his eyes and then suddenly blackness took over me.....

This is my first book , I hope u all will like it and I know there lots of mistake, just try to bear it.
