Thank you all so much, for 3.04K!! I could have never imagined I'd make it this far! So thank you for reading this book! I would also like to thank everyone else who has been putting my story into their reading lists and the ones who have been voting/commenting! Thank you all! This story has come a long way, and I'm proud to say that my writing has too! My story did not have the best grammar or detailing when it started out, but I've gotten so many good comments saying compliments about this story! (also, the "happy birthday Asa butterfield!" Chapter was back when I was in my "I'm obsessed with Asa and everything he does!" Stage, so just ignored that cringe....) I plan to go back and make a better description for this book, but for now; thank you all so much, and here's to the future of this book! I have a lot planned 😈

Brooklyn's POV

I glanced around my surroundings as I wondered through the dense forest. The beauty of this all was still blissfully distracting, but I tried my best to keep walking instead of gazing dreamily off into no where.

I had no idea where Martin and Jackson where, it hadn't even seemed like I ran that far. Time can fly when you're chasing cute creatures I guess.

"Maybe they'd run off and left me behind," was my first thought but honestly, why'd they take the time and hassle to bring me to the forest just to abandon me? It didn't make sense, but for right now; nothing made sense in this mystery world I had recently been placed in.

After awhile, I had to take a rest. I groaned and laid down onto the ground. The earth wasn't the most comfortable, but where would someone find a bed be in this place? I guess I just have to make do.

For what I could see, the sky only had a speck of clouds every now and then, it was a calming blue where the birds could roam freely. I would honestly love to see more of the sky.

I jumped as I threw off my back-pack.  a ringing sound came from it as I realized it sounded exactly like the little box thing Martin had! I quickly unzipped my back-pack as I ripped my own little box thing out of it, and looked at the front that was lit up.

I had only handled this thing once, and it was confusing then, I looked at it closer, and realized there was two buttons, one green and one red.

After staring at it for awhile, it stopped ringing and I simply shrugged and put it back in my bag, I don't know what that thing is, and I really don't care.

------

It seemed like forever, I've been sitting by this bush for hours I assume, the sky began to darken, but my anxiety wasn't kicking in like it did in the lab, I guess this new experience is somewhat relaxing.

My hair was blowing in the cool wind that shifted between the trees, it sent shivers down my back, and tingles up my spine. I gently took a piece of hair between my fingers, and scowled at the color. I'm used to be different every day, the bright purple shades were almost boring, it was there very day and every  moment of my time and it was dull.

Before, when I still lived at the lab, my hair was everything; it was short and fiery, medium and blue, or long and blonde. It could be an unnatural color, or one anybody else could have been born with, it could've been two colors, or just one, it could have been curly, or it could have been straight. At least I knew one thing unique about myself before, but now I'm just anybody else with purple hair.
