Chapter three

Brooklyn's POV

I lied, I lied, I am not ok. This is so fricking terrifying!

There are little green things flying around and attacking me.

"They're just butterflies." Ashlyn states, barely able to control her laughs.

"Well they're attacking me!" I yelled, trying to hit them away.

"They like your shirt, that's all just walk to me and they'll go away." she said, still laughing hysterically.

So the little monsters have fashion sense huh?

I calmly stepped towards Ashlyn, sighing in relief as the little butter monsters flew away.

After I told Ashlyn I had lived in a place that didn't have butterflies, she surprisingly believed me and brushed it off.

Ashlyn and I decided to walk around dunplu( done-ploo... ) park, so she could teach me about all the flowers and animals that live in Paris.

While we were walking, Ashlyn introduced me to this cute little café named "Mia's". I am pleased to say, that I haven't been this hyper since all the sugar got mixed into my meals at the lab.

I frowned, as some of my purple hair came flooding down into my face. I have yet to find out why my hair is this way.

Purple.

Just plain purple, my hair doesn't change anymore, I am dying to get my short, light blue hair, back.

-

I headed back to my 'little shack', hoping to sleep for a century or two, Only to find a letter at my door step. I hastily picked the white envelope up. looking at the back I found that it said 'Brooklyn' on it.

As I ran my long fingers over my little package, I felt a chill run down my back.

I looked up at my door gaping; finally realizing I probably looked like an idiot, I quickly walked up the rest of the steps and unlocked my wooden door, with the keys I found.

As the door creaked, I stepped inside, closing the door with my right foot I looked down at my message again.

As I walked to the kitchen, I wondered who wrote it? or what it was about?

Bumping into the counter table. I slowly opened my cupboard to find my envelope opener I found yesterday.

Finally finding it, I ripped apart the top and took out the yellowish paper.

I gasps with excitement as I read the name of the messenger.

'Shawn'
