It's been about an hour and we've been waiting for Jay and Carlos.

"Don't worry guys, I am sure that Jay and Carlos will be here any minute." Mal informed.

"You said that fifteen minutes ago."

"I'm sure they're just around the corner. I just hope that corner isn't on the other side of Auradon."

"How big is this carpet they're picking us up end in? I don't too crowded." Audrey said.

"It's a midsize, so will be fine. But from what I heard about Jay, I'm sure it's stolen."

"Jay doesn't steal. Much."

"We're going to be riding on the stolen carpet?" Audrey panicked.

"Alright! This party just got interesting." Freddy leaned on her chair, smiling.

"What's the wind situation on this carpet? Should I be worried about my hair?"

"No, because I packed hair helmets for everyone. I designed them myself." Evie pulled out a suitcase filled with helmets.

"I take back everything bad I ever said about you." Audrey said.

"What did you say about me?"

"Nothing!"

"Bravo ladies, superbly sweet moment, but since Carlos and Jay are a no-show, we need to figure out how to get to the party straightaway. Do you have a spare magic carpet?" Allie asked Jordan.

"Oh, because I'm a genie who lives a lamp, I automatically fly on an old rug."

"She didn't pass her carpet driver test." Audrey whispered to us.

"I'm taking it again next week. Thirteenth times the charm!"

"Jane! You're all magical now, can't you with us a ride?" Allie asked Jane. We all looked at her, Jane hesitated a bit.

"Hey, I can help." Mal said, but Allie stopped her.

"No offense Mal, but the VK's are clearly not coming through today. Sorry."

"It's alright."

"Normally I will let you help out, but whenever you get involved, it leads disaster. No offense."

"Ok..."

"It's because you destroyed everything you touch. No offense."

"So, do you know what 'No offense' means because, I'm starting to take some."

"Please don't take it that way, It's not that I don't trust you. No of- Sorry."

"Jane, what do you say?" I asked.

"I-i don't know if I can do-"

"No rush, but if I don't get to the party soon, I am going to die." Audrey said.

"What about Lonnie? Can she pick us up?" Maddie asked.

"She went early to set up the DJ equipment." Aria explained.

"I'm sure I could try something magical." Mal said.

"Jane, let's see what you got." Jordan said quickly.

"Well I'm really very new to this whole magic thing. Bippity Boppity!" Jane then make a pumpkin appear.

"That's a vegetable."

"Well, it's a gord." Jane explained.

"Gorgeous. Does it fly?"

"That won't do. I get carsick on flying pumpkins."

"It's not a flying pumpkin."

"So, we're heading to the party in some sort of pumpkin boat."

"It's not a boat."

"A pumpkin tooktook?"

"No!"

"A pumpkin trolley?"

"No!"

"Pumpkin rollerskates, then?"

"I can't be seen in that, pumpkin clashes with my eyes."

"Yeah, I don't think that will help me get more viewers from my web show."

"Guys, let Jane do her thing. Go ahead, Jane."

"Thank you. Like Cindy's pumpkin carriage, a legend to us all, an even sweeter ride, shall take us the the Neon Lights Ball." The pumpkin then turned into an orange car.

"Sweet ride!"

"I'm not going to get nasty gooey seeds on my dress, am I?"

"No, all clear. We it's green, runs on vegetable oil!"

"Great, we'll all show up to the party smelling like salad dressing."

"Nice work Jane, you know I can't have do it better myself."

"It's nothing, just spending the laws of the universe, it's my mother's forbiddance!" Jane, Allie, Aria, and Maddie all went outside. Mal, Evie and I stayed behind.

"I can't believe that Carlos and Jay flaked." Mal crossed her arms.

"I know and we've been work so hard to get people on our side." Evie said.

"There has to be a reason why they didn't show, right? It not like them to do something like this. Anymore." I said. Suddenly there was a honking noise outside.

"If you ladies don't get in here, I'm gonna turn into a pumpkin." Audrey snapped.

"That doesn't even make sense."

"Your hair doesn't make sense!" We all got into the car and drove off. Neon Lights Ball, here we come!
