Dress Mess

Carol POV

Today was the day of the Neon Lights Ball. Allie, Mal, Evie, Freddy, Jordan, Jane, Maddie, Aria, and I all sat in a tea shop.

"Normally, I prefer more of a cramped, lamp shaped environment, but this place is also fabe." Jordan said to Allie.

"Aww, thanks."

"Wicked dress. You're gonna look so great tonight." Mal said. Allie wore a blue and white.

"Aww, so are you. I'm sure your dress will be amazing." Allie said. I was about to chock on me tea from laughing.

"This is my dress." Mal pointed out.

"I know! And I love you."

"Nice one, she totally didn't get that you don't love it."

"Has anyone ever told you that you're really bad whisper." Mal told Jordan.

"No, they totally haven't." Audrey then came bursting inside.

"Guys, guys, emergency!"

"Is someone hurt?"

"No."

"Is someone really hurt?" Freddy said with a smirk on her face.

"No!"

"My web series broke one million subscribers?!"

"How's that an emergency?" Maddie asked.

"Oh, is there an emergency?"

"Somebody stole my dress!" Audrey cried.

"It's okay, everyone just calm down. This is why I always bring a backup gown and backup accessory." Evie pulled out a dress and a spike choker. Evie and Audrey talked for a minute before Audrey decided.

"For a VK look, it's actually pretty cute. I'm sold!" Audrey took the dress but without the choker.

"Ta-da" Audrey said after changing in the dress.

"How did you change that fast?" Aria asked. Then I heard something move. I looked over to where the tea was, but nothing happened.

"My mom was raised by fairies. Quick outfit changing is a family skill. When I was a baby, I could change my own diaper in two seconds flat."

"Thank for that visual." Mal said sarcastically. Audrey thanked Evie and sat beside Jane.

"This deserves a celebration. Tea me." Allie grabbed a tea cup. When Mal started pouring the tea, the couch moved making Mal spill tea on Allie's dress.

"My dress!" Everyone looked at Freddy.

"Don't look at me, I'm not the one that always makes a mess of everything."

"You! You did this!" Allie accused Mal.

"What?! No, of course not. Why would I do that, I-i love your dress."

"That's why you destroyed it. Your jealous! You VK can't stand it if someone looks better than you!"

"Hey! Not all of us!" I said.

"She's got a point!" Evie commented

"No, she doesn't." Mal and I both said.

"Allie, I swear I didn't do this, but I promise I can't fix it. I think..." Mal stood up.

Dress, dress,
Away from this mess,
Rid this gown of it's distress

Mal used a spell. Instead of the tea disappearing, it made a bigger mess.

"Ok, don't freak out. Yet."

Dress, dress,
I must express,
Make this gown a fit to impress

Then floral designs appear everywhere on the dress.

"Wait, I actually really like it." Freddy said.

"You do? Your just saying that."

"No, I mean it. It's really alternative."

"Alternative to what?!"

"She means it very fashion forward." Evie explained. "If I didn't think I was already wearing the best dress, I'd be super jelly. But I do, so I'm not."

"I think it's cool too." Jane said.

"Really?"

"Even the Queen of Hearts herself would be jealous. And we both know how she gets." Maddie said.

"I would totally feature that on my web show. 'VK gone viral!'."

"It is kinda funky." Allie smiled.

"Oh, yeah, funky. That's what I was going for. Because that's what they call me Funky Master, the Funky Monk of Funkytown." I face-palmed and laughed a little.

"Quit while you're ahead." Mal nodded and sat down.

"I guess the roses are the only thing being painted red, I'll take it!"

"Hmmm. 'VK's gone viral'? Isn't it interesting that we both end up with a little villainy edge for our party look. Maybe a little too interesting."

"Audrey, your thinking of too much on this." Maddie grabbed her tea, but than her chair moved making her spill her tea on her dress.

"No, my dress!" Maddie yelled. "What am I gonna do? Carol?" My eyes widened.

"I don't have my book."

"Can't you make up a spell?" Maddie pleaded.

"I'll try."

Glamour, Glamour
Get rid of the mess,
To stop this horrid distress

Suddenly the spill of tea disappeared than purple butterflies appeared on her dress. Maddie gasped and spun around.

"I love it. Thanks, so much."
