3rd POV

It's been a few weeks now since Ethan found out about his new magic ability. Since then, he's been practicing magic from Carol's spell book. He sat in an empty classroom with the book in his hand, a bowl filled with water, a candle, and a some rocks.

"Incendio!" He commanded. The candle suddenly lit up. As he blew out the candle he grabbed the bowl of water and placed it in front of him. He started to move his hand around the bowl making the water move along with it.

"He's been like that since he found that book." Ethan heard the voices of his friends in the background.

"Should we stop him? He is going a bit crazy over it."

"Guys, I can hear you!" Ethan called out, not looking behind him.

"We're just worried about you, man. Michael went back to Wonderland, he's in pain for Carol leave. You haven't eaten or slept in a long time. Aria is worried about you." Ashton commented. All it was true Ethan hasn't sleep very much or eaten. He's mostly been locked in his room or in an empty classroom, looking at the spell book, practicing magic.

"Me practicing might help get Carol back."

"We know, but you don't have to be a slave on this 24/7. You need a rest and food. Food is good, food is life." Calum added at the end. Sure Ethan was tired and hungry but that didn't stop him.

"No! If I stop, I will loss time and if I loss time, I loss my sister!" Ethan yelled.

"Ethan, you have to sleep." This time it was Aria talked. She, Maddie, and Fabian walked in the class.

"How's Michael?" Luke asked. Maddie frowned for a bit.

"My dad says he hasn't left his room. He eats but doesn't leave." The room has been silent for a bit, until Carlos, Mal, Evie, and Jay stormed in.

"Everyone, I think we may have found something. Tell em' Mal."

"It's a locator spell. What we need is a black candle, something from Carol and someone to bind themselves to her."

"And we can get my sister back." Ethan finished.

"You mean my sister." Carlos corrected.

"She's not your sister, not by blood anyways. Blood is thicker than water."

"Carol is my sister!" Carlos raised his voice. "I don't remember you ever being in our lives. You didn't help her with the homework she was stuck on, you weren't there when she had her first heartbreak, you didn't take care of her when she was sick or when her had nightmare or couldn't control her magic! So you don't have the right to call yourselves her brother, let alone tell me that I'm not!!!!" To this point the whole class was silent. Everyone was a bit afraid to speak, so they wouldn't be yelled at too.

"Your right..." Ethan muttered. Now everyone was just a bit confused, including Carlos.

"I'm what?" Carlos asked.

"I'm not the brother that Carol needs, you are. I'm just the brother she has. You are the brother she will always choose. So we're gonna find her, and bring her home."

"Of course we are!" An unfamiliar voice said, unfamiliar to everyone except Ethan.

"Mom..."

"Mom?!"

"Yes, 'mom'! Is that very hard to believe." Enchantress stood there, looking at everyone, and everyone looked back.

"Wait! You're Carol and Ethan's mother? You do not look like a mother!" Ashton's comment earned him a smack in the head by Maddie.

"What are you doing here?" Ethan asked.

"Well I couldn't feel Carol's magic force, then I felt the magic in you awake. I know something was wrong so I came as quickly as I could."

"Carol was taken by a man who claims to be her father."

"No, that's not possible. I trapped him in... a... book..." Enchantress eyes widened when she saw the large leather book on the desk. "No, no, no, no, no, no, NO!!"

"What's the matter?" Carlos asked.

"This is the book I trapped him in. I left it on the Isle, how did it get here?"

"We found it under Carol's bed."

"We're in trouble now, there is a reason I had him locked up in the book."

"Why?" Enchantress stayed silent for a few seconds.

"He tried to..."
