"Wait, what are you doing? Please stop!" Zonnique cried.
"It's too late! You did this to yourself!" Zoey, Zonnique's now ex-boyfriend, shouted.
"Your taking this too far!"
Zoey wrapped his right hand around Zonnique's neck and shoved her against the wall. By him being a few inches taller, he stood over her. An intimidating look flooded his face.
"I told you before Zonnique and I meant what I said." He said through gritted teeth. "If I can't have you, nobody can."
Zoey lifted the gun to Zonnique head as tears streamed down her face. Looking into his eyes, all she saw was pure anger and rage. She had never seen him so upset before. She knew Zoey was crazy, but she never thought that this would be the result of her telling him she wanted to break up.
"Zoe please. We can still talk and be friends. Just please! Please don't shoot me!" She said, her voice cracking in the process.
"I DONT WANT TO BE FRIENDS!" He yelled.
He grabbed the painting off the wall beside Zonnique and threw it across the room. Zonnique jumped in a startled manner.
Zoey slowly walked back up to Zonnique, gun still in hand.
"What's your last words baby girl?" He asked, a sneaky grin pulling at the ends of his lips.
Zonnique scowled, giving him the dirtiest look her face could make out.
"Your balls hurt." She said. Zoey gave her a confused look.
"My balls don't- AAAHHH!" Zoey's sentence was cut short as he shrieked.
He bent over hold his stomach in pain as he realized where Zonnique had kicked him. Breathing heavily, he finally caught his balance and looked up.
"FUCK!" He yelled. "ZONNIQUE? ZONNIQUE!?"
He continuously yelled her name, but no one answered. She had escaped. As Zoey stood up straight, he laughed to himself as he looked around at the empty room.
"You may have escaped now. But when I find you, and believe me I will, your dead. And that's not a threat, it's a promise."
