I'm gonna do a tutorial on how to create a (somewhat) manipulated icon, using PicsArt.

What you need:
• A plain white 500x500 background.
• A silhouette of a person. (You can search Google for pngs of silhouette of almost anything.)
• An image with colorful patterns or textures.
Procedure:
Start off by opening the PicsArt app, obviously. 😂 (I'm using the Android version on my tablet, the iOS version is a bit different.)
On the top there will be a few icons, select the navigation compass called explore and choose the edit button.

Or you can click on the + on the bottom right. Three options will pop up, along with the images you have in your phone/tablet. Select the editor.

1. Choose the plain white background from the images and select the edit option on the top right.
You can download the background from internet and crop it to the right size. Go to the stationery compass option on the tool bar in the bottom left, select the crop option and add your dimensions. Tick.
