you can do it on photoshop, pixlr, and even picmonkey!
ill show you how i do them on each site/program, starting with photoshop.
photoshop;
one; go to google and search '[insert color of choice] aesthetic tumblr' and save your images. in this case im doing a 2x3 grid [six slots] so im going to save three or four images [depending on the amount of gifs you'd like to be in the picspam]
two; search for the main subject's gifs [i.e. selena gomez gif] and any gif you'd like that matches.
three; open photoshop and open your images
four; make a new canvas which would be 800x800 pixels
five; this is kinda tricky so follow me carefully.
- right click on the crop tool
- choose the slice select tool from the drop down menu
