Name Game // Luke Hemmings

Chapter 10

Chloe's POV

I woke up the next morning to get ready for school. I went in the bathroom and took a shower and put makeup on. I threw on a cute t-shirt dress and my converse. I went downstairs, ate breakfast then brushed my teeth and left.

When I arrived at school, I saw Chelsea and Kayce. I walked a little faster to catch up with them and walk into school.

"Chloe, are you going to the party next Friday with us? It's suppose to be huge!" Chelsea said.

"I don't know, the last party wasn't very enjoyable for me."

"Well just stay with me at this party, you'll have a great time. And don't wander this time, you scared the shit out of all of us."

"Okay, I guess I'll go.."

It was lunch time and I went and bought a bag of chips and walked to my table. Luke's table was full, and they were all staring directly at me. I put my head down and until I got to my table.

"I'm so excited for this party next weekend! It's suppose to be great." Alex was talking to everyone at the table.

Out of nowhere Jacob comes up to our table and sits beside me. Everyone at the table smirks at us and swallow down the huge wad of potato chips that are in my mouth.

"So, I was wondering if you wanted to do something after school?" He asked.

"And what would we do?"

"I don't know, whatever you want. We can go eat or go to the lake or something."

"Oh, eating and going to the lake sounds great. Where do I need to meet you?"

"You can just meet me at my car after school." I nodded, and he smiled and walked away. I could feel the stares from the table all the was at mine, but I just ignored it.

After school I met Jacob at his car, and we went and ate and to the lake. It made me get my mind off everything else, and I actually really liked him. He was funny and sweet and never tried to be hateful ever.

The next Friday came and me and Jacob had been hanging out everyday since then. We had gotten really close, and he was suppose to be going to the party tonight with me. I was suppose to be going to Chelsea's to get ready then Jacob was going to pick me up from her house.

We got ready in about an hour and 15 minutes and my hair was curled and I was wearing a cute dress and sandals. Jacob had just arrived and Chelsea was just going to follow us to the party.

We pulled into the house drive way and an all blacked out Dodge Charger pulled up beside us and of course Luke, Calum, Michael, and Ashton got out of it. Ryan, Zach and Austin got out of a jeep with two other girls. Girls that actually looked like their type. They were wearing a crop top with short shorts and converse. You could tell they were extremely comfortable with their body. More comfortable than I would ever be with mine.

When they got out, Calum put his arm around one and Austin put his arm around the other one. I was a little relieved that none were there for Luke. Which is kind of selfish considering I'm here with Jacob, but I don't see me and him becoming anything more than friends. I just love having around to talk to and have fun with.

When we got in, the party was huge. There were three stories and every floor was full of teenagers with drinks.

I didn't really drink that much but I was thinking that I should get my mind off things and get a little tipsy.
