Chapter 2: Crash Landing

Meanwhile, the Phoenix arrives at the ice lands. Twitch and Spike were chasing eachother, playing tag. They ran past Max who moved out of the way and Max walked over to the pilot room.

"Wow" he said amazed at seeing snow. "What? Never seen snow before Jungle Boy?" Leena asked him teasingly.

"Never. It's beautiful" he said, his eyes scanning the snow. Leena smirked at him "Hope you like the cold" Leena commented with a smirk.

Meanwhile back to the foxes, Tazer and Zinti were walking, the young fox held her big brother's hand. Tazer winced when he felt his arm stinging. Zinti looked at her brother, her ears down worried "Tazer maybe we should take a break" she told him as she let go of his hand.

"I'm fine" he told her as he held his arm and kept walking ahead of her. Zinti's ears flinched at a noise and she looked up and saw some orange metal thing...the Phoenix!

"Um Tazer what kind of bird is that?" Zinti asked puzzled, pointing at the Phoenix. Tazer turned around, squinting his eyes at it. "What in the kingdoms?" He said confused but then his tail got on Zinti's face again and she felt her nose itch.

"Ah....ah....achoo!" She sneezed, covering her nose with her paws but she accidentally blew a snowball out from her paws and it went zooming to the Phoenix. The two foxes stared at it wide eye "Excuse me" Zinti said.

BAM! The snowball hit the Phoenix and it shook from the sudden hit "Hey!" Twitch yelled as he and Spike got bounced up.

"Whoa!" Max said and he and Leena fell off on the floor. " Leena! What happen?!" Max asked her startled.

"Something hit the Phoenix!" She said panic and Max stood up and pulled her up on her feet. They quickly got back in their seat and Leena grabbed the steering wheel.

Meanwhile, Twitch, Spike, Kara and Higga held on tight to anything they can hold on

"Oh my goodness!" Higga said alarmed and held on to the table. Kara slid down until he was in front of the engine room and he got so surprised to find ice on half of the engine

"By thunder!Where did this ice come from?!" Kara asked surprised and tried smashing it with his fists but it was solid and slippery.

"It doesn't shatter!" He said, waving his hands to shake off the cold.

"Brace for impact!" Leena yelled out as she tried to control the steering wheel.

The ship was arriving near the snowy ground and Max's eyes widen at seeing this.

"Leena were gonna crash!" He told her, hanging on tight to his chair. "I know!Hang on!" She told him. The Phoenix hit the ground and went sliding and spinning on the frozen ice and snow.

Max and Leena sighed in relief, happy it was over. The two cats went to the main room to check on everyone.

"Is everyone ok?" Max asked worried. Everyone was on the floor dazed out but they were ok. "Where's General Kara?" Max asked, noticing the elephant was gone.

Kara bursted out of the engine slipping on the floor and he went to the table for balance. "Um I think you better take a look at this!" He asked shocked as everyone followed him. And everyone's eyes widen at seeing half of the engine covered in ice.

Tazer and Zinti stared at the ship wide eye and surprised.
