Chapter 21

BETHANY'S POV

That was probably the most awkwardest situation that I have ever been in, is awkwardest even a word?

I quickly dried myself off with my towel and changed into my spare clothes which was a off the shoulder grey top with a picture of a cute cat on it, with my jean shorts and new sandals that Abbi had bought me last month because they "suit my feet".

I opened the bathroom door slowly, I don't even know why and I peeked at the hallway and saw no one, I could only hear the sound of a shower running and carried on walking in the hallway towards the stairs when I bumped into someone.

I screamed..

I'm sorry I just get scared very easily..

"Geez Beth, it's only me" Abbi said whilst clutching my arm.

"I'm sorry you know I'm a jumpy person and this is a creepy looking house" I replied looking around.

"It's only creepy looking because it's dark in the hallway right now" Abbi said rolling her eyes.

"Yeah, okay well whatever lets go down I need a hairbrush" I said whilst holding out my wet hair to show Abbi.

"Yeah same, I really hope Aaron has a hairdryer" Abbi said whilst we made our way downstairs.

"Yo Aaron, have you got any hair facilities on you?" Abbi asked as we entered the room. There was Daniel, James, Beau, Jai and Aaron in the room, I'm guessing Luke is upstairs taking a shower.

"Finally, you girls take ages!" Beau said as he got up and made his way upstairs with Jai following after.

"Erm well not on me but there should be a hairbrush in that draw, but no hairdryer" Aaron pointed at a little draw in the corner of the room.

"Damn, oh well I'll let my hair air dry" Abbi said as she walked towards the draw and took out the hairbrush.

"What about my hair? I have really long hair and it takes hours to air dry" I said annoyed.

"Well suck it up, anyway air drying is much healthier for the hair" Abbi reasoned.

"Easy for you to say, your hair is only up till your shoulders" I replied.

After the rest of the guys had taken showers and eat some pizza which Aaron ordered, we decided to play a game of hide and seek which I suggested.. Hey you're never too old for that game.

"Right well who's counting?" Aaron asked looking at us one by one.

I didn't wanna be the one counting since it's a scary house and I don't wanna be on my own.. So I said the first thing that popped into my mind.

"Not it!" I basically yelled. Everyone by now just processed what I said.

"Not it" Beau and Jai raised their hands.

"Not it" Aaron said and soon after Daniel and James quickly said it too.

Just then Luke entered the room with a Pepsi can in his hand..

"So who's counting?" Luke asked taking a sip from the can.

LUKE'S POV

Everyone stared at me like as if I said something they've been wanting to hear for a long time.

"Erm what?" I asked uncomfortably.

"You need to count till 50 since this is a huge house" Beau said.

What

"What? I didn't agree to this!"

"Sorry bro, you were the last to say not it.. Well you haven't even said it yet and everybody has" James explained.

"Hang on, babe I didn't hear you say it" Daniel says looking towards Abbi.

Abbi glared at Daniel

Damn if looks could kill Daniel would be six feet under..

"Well?" Bethany nudges Abbi

What?

"Oh not it" Abbi says raising her hands.

Damn!

"Well Luke it's official you're counting you may start right about... NOW" Beau exclaimed and soon everyone ran off to their hiding spots..

I should also mention we're playing hide and seek in the dark and I have no idea where I'm going.. Or where to start okay well I should start by counting obviously. Stupid Luke.

"One... Two... Three"
