The video was done and I still hadn't decided if I was going to meet Derek outside or not. Everyone got up and began mingling while Lexie and I just stayed at the table. I saw Derek get up, totally ignoring Bianca, and head outside towards the fountain. I decided I deserved an explanation as to why he would lie to me, so I got up and followed him outside.
When I walked outside I saw the fountain to the left kinda hidden from the doorway, that's probably why he chose that spot. I started walking down the pathway to the fountain and my stomach was in knots. I reached the end and it opened up into this beautiful space and in the middle was an amazing fountain, and there he was, waiting for me. "Addison" he said. He came up to me and grabbed my hand and pulled me around the other side of the fountain so we were hidden.
I couldn't look at him. The pain and disgust I felt was too much, I had regretted coming out here. He took both of my hands in his and began talking.
